The drive to Chelsea's house the next day is relaxing. I loosen my muscles on the way there and then park on the curb outside of her house. As I get out I see that Carson and Cory's cars are already in the driveway. I don't bother knocking, I just walk inside. "Sutton's here!!" I yell.

"We're upstairs," a muffled female voice screams back. I follow the voice and find Chelsea, Carson, and Cory all sitting on the couches in her gameroom.

"Long time, no see," she says, standing to hug me. I hug her back tightly and then accept strong hugs from the boys. We all sit on the couches and I kick my shoes to the floor before pulling a legal pad out of my bag with a pen. "So we still need to call the pizza place and make sure they can make thirty pizzas for us," Chelsea begins, pulling a notebook from the coffee table that has a ton of scribbles already on it from previous planning.

"Boys, you've got the beer, right?" I ask, pushing the glasses up my nose and looking at them with my pen still in my hand.

"Lilly said she can get her boyfriend to get us a shit ton of alcohol as long as we don't tell Annie," Cory answers.

"Yes, because we're going to notify my mother about underaged drinkers for our best friend's birthday party," Chelsea replies.

"Alright, so that's covered. What about music? Do we have a playlist set up yet?" I ask, getting back on topic. I love planning social events, especially for our group. Planning is kinda my thing.

"I'm making one that has all of her favorite party songs with some slow songs so I can dance with her at least a little," Carson informs me.

"Awesome. Now decorations," I say, reading off my checklist on my legal pad.

"I was thinking some decorations like maybe some shiny streamers and little paper puff ball thingys but not much more than that since it will all get ripped down anyway," Chelsea says.

"Good thinking. Now Cory, you've got regular sodas to mix with alcohol covered, right?" He nods at me and we keep going down the list. Carson is picking the cake up Saturday afternoon from the bakery, Cory is also getting ice cream when he gets soda, Chelsea is going to do the purchasing of the decorations, I'm pulling one of my old tables out of my garage and bringing it over Saturday afternoon during lunch so beer pong may commence at the party, and Chelsea and I are both meeting Adeline in the afternoon for the thrift store shopping.

I somehow get Lorelai to agree to let me off practice at two instead of four on Adeline's birthday every year, even though it's always in the middle of competition season. She likes the girls as much as I do so she lets it slide and gives me two extra hours on these days.

And hour and a half and three pages of legal pad paper later we have officially finished planning Adeline's eighteenth birthday party.

"This is going to be awesome. But Carson, at least attempt to keep it in your pants until everyone has gone home," I say as I put my legal pad and pen back into my bag.

"No promises. She's getting birthday sex and she already knows it," he winks.

"Oh God." I scoff and roll my eyes, leaning back on the couch. I told Harry I would meet him at his dorm at six-thirty and it's only five forty-five. "Where does Adeline think we all are?" I ask.

"I told her that xmom was dragging me to a work thing this afternoon until like six and Carson and Cory lied and said they had an emergency wrestling practice till six," Chelsea explains.

"Let's get her over here now and hang out. I've missed you guys this week."

"Where does Harry think you are?" Chelsea asks.
