By the time we got there, grappling hooks where already coming over the railing. My troops where hidden in the doorways and shadows. All of them where armed from switchblades and hunting knives to M-16s and grenades. I noticed Kyle with his bow and arrow showing Olivia and Joe how to prime a hand grenade.

We had already gone over the plan long before the patrol boats had arrived. We would let them board us and let them advance but not let them get any further than the main deck. Mackenzie went off to join Miranda and Emily while I hunkered down in a somewhat hidden position next to a crate of apples that we had picked up in Hawaii. Well I hoped that it was hidden anyway.

Suddenly the lines on the grappling hooks went taught. A few seconds later a group of enemy personnel climbed over the railing and onto the deck. At first they appeared to be a little confused as if they expected it to be a little more difficult. One of the men shrugged to his companions and they set off towards the bow. They got as far as the bend in the deck when an arrow fired from Kyle sprouted from his neck. Before he had even hit the ground, the rest of us opened fire and charged from our hiding places. They barely even had to for it to register that they where under attack when we fell on them.

I saw Devon and Jared gun down someone who had managed to grab Olivia by the throat. Every time Kyle let loose another arrow another enemy attacker fell. William threw his switchblade and hit someone in the back of the hand causing him to drop his gun.

Just as suddenly as it all started, the deck was clear of enemies. We ran to the rail. Both patrol boats were attempting to maneuver out of there. I threw a grenade at the helmsman on the nearest boat then grabbed a rope and jumped down the side of the hull of the Revenge, landing on the prow of the boat. The enemy craft haft had a total of about five crewmen apiece still aboard. My friends began to land around me and on the other boat. The crew realized that they were outnumbered and dropped their weapons and put their hands on their heads. The other boat was taken just as easily with the acceptation of one young crewman who swung an oar at Miranda, who dodged it and pinned him to the ground with her machete.

Brandon tossed a rope ladder to us and we herded the prisoners down to the cell block. Our cells where getting crowded enough though. We needed to capture territory soon.

Off to my right a voice hissed, “Hey kid.”

I turned to see the original captain of the Revenge glaring at me from his cell, “You children think you stand a chance? You've taken one yacht and two patrol craft. And against what odds? There are millions of us waiting to take our places and avenge us. You would be better off to give up now instead of face the disappointment later on.”

I told him to be quiet and we continued to put the prisoners in their cells.
