Ch 32

Sophia's POV- November 2016

"I doubt he would notice us being gone"

I smiled and took a seat on the edge of my bed. I placed my hand on his shoulder and gently shook Adrian awake. He was a real heavy sleeper, but lucky for me I knew a few ways to wake him up. 

"Good morning" I greeted as he scrunched up his nose and shifted on his back.

He opened his eyes and slowly blinked. His arms stretched over his head as he looked at me.

"Sleep well?" I asked.

I patted his chest as he stretched.

"What time is it?"

"10:30AM" I replied.

He looked at me.

"How long have you been up?"

"About an hour" I answered.

Jackie woke me up and had been trying to convince me that Adrian didn't need to go eat breakfast with us. She had tried to wake him up once, and it was hilarious because she literally pushed him off the bed. Mom had to check to make sure he wasn't concussed because he hit his head pretty hard. He was pretty confused as to why he was on the floor when I woke him up.

"Mariana invited us to have breakfast at the condo" I told him.

He nodded and sat up.

"Can you be ready in fifteen?"

He looked at Jackie.

"You're so snippy when you're hungry"

She hummed as he got off the bed.

"Are you going to get naked again"

He smiled as he turned to look at her.

"First of all, I did not get naked"

She laughed as he signaled for her to look away. When she did, he took off his shorts.

"I didn't know you were awake, and I was tired"

He took a seat next to me once he put on his pants.

"I just need to put my shoes on and brush my teeth"

Jackie looked at him.

"Comb your hair"

He laughed and stood up after he tied his shoes.

"I'll be back"

I laughed as he turned around to face me. He gave me a quick kiss before leaving the room.

"Hurry up and put on your shoes"

I did as told and stood up as there was a knock on the door. Jackie opened the door to let Adrian back inside.

"Does Teddy have a girlfriend?" 

I nodded.

"Since when?"

"Like a week" I replied.

Adrian hummed and nodded.

"Let's head out?"

Jackie followed us out.

"You get to meet Babe" I told her.

"I'm excited for that"

Adrian slipped on his sunglasses as we made our way out. He adjusted his duffle bag and turned around reaching for my hand.
