EMME's POV

I woke up to the sound of someone nocking repeatedly and frantically on the door. It was the middle of the night. Who could possablly be at the door. We haven't even told anyone were we here.

I looked over to see Jordan awake as well. He was just as confused as I was. We both got up to go answer the door.

When we opened the door we saw a little boy and a little girl cold, drenched, and shivering at our door step.

I assumed they had swam to our house not seeing the glass. They looked so scared, we heard a screach of a howl that could only belong to a rogue. The kids heard it to runing behind us, holding onto our legs.

Jordan took a step out, thinking he was going to go fight, I stopped him. "We can fight another day, we need to help these little ones before they get more hurt then I fear they already are." I mind linked him, he smiled and nodded in agreement.

We brought them inside quickly and dryed them off. I looked into their eyes and they were on the verge of tears. When they were all dryed off they jumped into my arms and began to cry.

When they finally settled down the little boy went to sit in Jordan's lap. Getting comfy he put his head on Jordan's chest and leaned into him curling up.

"Can you guys talk yet? What happened? Why are you here? Who are you?" Jordan was bombarding them with questions, his voice laced with concern. I loved that he cared so much but, I looked at him to stop. Then the little boy spoke up.

"yes mister.......w-we can talk." He stuttered " this is Alisa and my name is Hunter. We were out with our family when a pack of rogues attacked us. Our parents told us to run....s-so we did. When we went further we smelt a werewolfs sent....you guys. We saw your cabin and swam to it as fast as we could. We have no more living family or else we would have ran there. I dont know if we were being followed or not."

The little girl was hugging me like her life depended on it. I guess sence she was to young to understand what was going on she thought it did.

I thought it was odd that she would trust us so easily, but again she was very young. Little kids tend to trust everyone, unless they know better.

It was like the little girl read my mined when she turned to me saying, "I trust you because you are exactly what our parents described You to be. Someone we can trust, my mother spoke of you very often. A small, very little, and very young white wolf that was so little but was so strong and brave. She told me her pack lived close to ours. She saved our pack even though she was only 5 years old!"

I was entirely shocked. I didnt think anyone would remeber that, let alone tell their children about. I was going to say something, but she pulled out a picture of my family and I when i was younger.

The little girl started to fall asleep in my arms as the little boy did the same in Jordan's. We took them into our room and laid them in the middle of our bed.

Jordan looked at me to explain but I told him I would tell him in the morning. He smiled and we got into bed on ether side of the kids and fell asleep.

FLASH BACK-

"Daddy, daddy" 5 year old emme screamed. Her father rushed in and asked in a panicked voice " what the matter? Are you hurt?"

Emme looked at him horrified "rogues are attacking a near by pack. We have to go help them."

Her father looked at her wide eyes "how do you know that dear? The nearest pack to us are our enemies pack, so it doesn't matter anyways."
