Chapter 27
Natasha's POV
When we arrived at the abandoned cabin after a day of walking, we thought we would hear noise coming from the cabin. Odly enough we didnt hear anything, but we sure did smell something. It smelt like burnt flesh.
We started to make up a plan. The boys would go over to the cabin and make a distraction. Then Alisa and I would go in and get the lady out while the men were still trying to find Hunter and Logan.
We all agreed on it and went a little closer, Alisa decided to go a little closer to the cabin then the rest of us. She looked through the window to see if she could find the lady.
After Alisa looked through the window she suddenly gasped and ducked down. She motioned for us to come over to her. When we got over to her she pointed at the window.
All at once we looked through the window and what we saw made me want to scream. There in the middle of the room was the lady chained up from her wrists and hanging from the ceiling. She had blood dripping down her face, the chains had burnt her wrists, and she had a huge gash on her side.
We all looked at each other with sadness in our eyes. The sweet lady was being tortured. I ducked down when I saw a huge figure come closer to the window. I pulled every one else down as quickly as i could. Apparently they didn't see him coming.
We started to crawl away slowly when the big man looked out the window and spotted us, we screamed and tried to run but it was to late. He had opened the window and with one swift movement he snatched us all up and pulled us inside.
He threw us on the ground, hard. I didnt want to open my eyes I was so scared. When i finally did open my eyes I saw 4 more men in the other corner of the cabin. Then I heard a scream. It was ear piercing. I looked over and saw Alisa, Hunter, and Logan being chained to the far wall with silver chain's.
When the man came twords me he stopped. I dont know why but he didnt touch me. Heck it was like he didnt even see me. The man that brought us inside was looking around as if he had lost something.
"Where did the other kid go? I could have sworn there were 4 of them, not just three." He yelled at the other men who were now looking around trying to find me as well.
"You four go find her and dont come back till you do. She saw the lady and we cant let anyone who sees her live." He was looking at Hunter, Alisa, and Logan. He basically just told us we were going to die because we saw the lady.
When the other 4 men were gone and only one remained i started to walk over to my brother, my best friend, and my mate. I waved my hand in front of there faces but they didnt respond.
"Where did Natasha go? We all got grabbed so where is she?" Hunter hissed. Sence he was my mate I could tell he was hurting inside because he couldn't find me and he was worried that the other 4 men might find me and hurt me. He was also relieved that he thought I wasnt there.
I smiled to myself that I knew he cared. I heard someone pick up what I assumed to be a knife and start walking. It was the tall scary man who picked up what looked like a butcher knife.
Out of the corner of my eye i saw a large frying pan. I went closer to it and picked it up. I had seen tangled so I am pretty sure i know how to use it as a weapon.
I walked carefully over to the tall scary mad man who was now going twords the lady. When his back was turned to me I stood up to my full hight and hit him as hard as I could in the back of the head.
He fell with a big thud and landed on his head. I looked at him for a moment then shrugged my shoulders. I hit him one more time in the head to make sure he was out.
I carefully unchaind the lady and sat her on the ground. She looked up at me and offered a small smile. In a raspy voice she whispered "thank you." I laid her down and pulled off my jacket. I put it under her head for her to rest a little.
I went over to where Hunter, Logan, and Alisa were and started to unchain them.
"How did you do that? You were invisible, how on earth were you invisible?" Logan questioned
I just shrugged my shoulders. "Hmm I dont know actually how I did that. All I know is that when you were all being chained up I was no where to be found by any of them"
We all were very confused but decided to let it go for now and go help the lady. When we got over to her she was bleeding really badly. At this rate she was probably going to die from to much blood loss.
Hunter came over to were i was sitting and tried to stop the bleeding. Suddenly a small white light appeared where the woman's wound was. It shocked us all once again when hunter removed his hands the bleeding had stoped and the lady was healed.
She sat up from where she was laying down and looked us all over. "you are a strange bunch of kids, im grateful for what you have done for me but can I ask you something? Why did you come?"
When we told her why we were here her whole face lit up. She looked like the happiest person on the planet despite what just happened.
We all stood up from where we were sitting and started to walk. We walked out of the house and twords the rogues alpha and where our parents were.
We all hooked hands and started to run. For every foot we ran the faster we got. We ran for about 30 mins when we came to the border to go into Navia.
A couple minutes after we crossed the border, rogues came from every direction surrounding us. They were about to attack when they saw the lady. They all stopped and bowed there heads to her in a sign of respect. The lady bowed her head back. The rogues looked extremely happy. Then I remembered that she is there Luna of course there happy she is finally home.
Wolf's can sence who there Luna is and they would soon rather die then hurt her. Then again if they did hurt her the Alpha would probably kill them. Especially sence this is the rogues alpha.
They led us twords the castle and every step we took and got closer the more I had a fealing that something bad was happening to our parents. I snuggled into Hunters side a little more for comfort. He put his arm around me and tightened his hold. I felt a lot more safe but still couldnt shake the feeling something terrible was happening. To be honest I was kinda scared of what was going to happen to us.
"Does anyone else have a bad fealing our parents are in danger?" I mind linked to the three of them. They all answered with one simple word that made me even more scared for my parents.
"Yes"
