"Have some friends in the business. Hooked me up with a 14 year old girl, quite the looker despite her age," A man chuckled.
He was sitting on a leather sofa with a glass of wine in his hand. His lips were curved into a twisted smile in anticipation for a later plan.
"And what happened after you met up with this..14 year old girl?" A woman asked as she ran her hand up and down her dress.
The man next to her smirked as he eyed her, his eyes darkening in desire by the second. "What does anyone do in that situation?" he joked.
The only thing that stood between them was the half empty bottle of champagne.
The woman's red lips merely smiled in response and brought her glass cup to her lips. Taking a light sip, she set it on the table and poured the man another drink.
She despised his cocky grin that was seemingly permanently glued onto his face. There was a rush of temptation to punch him to the ground and bash the look off his face with the glass bottle.
But she held it back and bit her lip as she feigned a grin of her own.
Perhaps she should just allow him that last satisfactory grin. His time was decreasing by the second and in no time, he will be unable to me more than just the muscles in his lips.

A full moon
It was a full moon that night. As it had been 12 years old ago on that particularly night.
James pulled down his mask as he stared at the sky.
The sky was a darker shade of midnight blue in comparison to other evenings. Clouds were accumulating together and from the moist and gusty air, he knew there would be rain.
He quickly pulled out his phone and checked the weather app. Contrary to his predictions, the weather app claimed there was only a 5% chance of rain.
He scuffled as he tucked it back into the pockets of his body suit. The weather man on that night, 12 years ago, claimed there would be no rain. The sky was supposed to be clear he said. It would be a nice night to go out he urged.
Quite a number of things end up turning out the opposite than what was expected.
His life was no different.
James let out a breath and maneuvered his hand over his gun. If there was one thing he was confident in, it was that there would be one more soul sent to Hell by the dawn of the next morning.
"James, are you ready?" A voice from his earpiece called out.
James craned his neck and gazed upward at the tall, silver buildings around him. Each skyscraper was lit for the night as moon casted its shadows upon the currently tamed city.
His vision then crept onto the road and to his delight, there was almost no one passing through at that time as the usually bustling city rested at the coming of darkness.
"James?" The voice mumbled.
James pressed his hand on the earpiece as his eyes trailed up towards a particular building with a large, neon sign on top to indicate its company name.
Though for James it was also the CEO's testament as to how rich he was. The elite always took any chance they could to shove their wealth in people's faces to the point it become a competition.
For what damn did they give apart from themselves and their money?
James clutched his gun as his eyes trailed down the company sign. "I'm on it," he answered as he waved his arm up, his fingers closing and opening in impatience.
