Marlo yawned as he collapsed onto the comforts of his burgundy blankets. He swiped a hand across his forehead while the other was used to reach for and grab his phone.

Janella was on the other side with their daughter, Sam, safely between her arms whilst she gently rocked her to sleep.

"I can live, I can love, I can reach the heavens above..." she lightly sang as she gazed down upon her sleeping daughter's face.

At the sound of her mother's voice, Sam cracked a tiny smile as a giggle escaped her tiny throat.

Marlo glanced at the two and grinned before returning his attention back to his phone.

After a long day at work, all he wanted was a moment to relax and merely enjoy himself with random funny videos and other such leisure activities.

"Guy quotes Dahil Mahal na Mahal kita to win back ex-girlfriend?" Marlo read aloud in sheer curiosity. Shrugging his shoulders, he clicked the video and began to watch as to know what exactly occurred:

"I don't like the way you dress. I even don't like your make up.... But i love you."

Janella brought her head up at the sound of the familiar line. "Marlo, are you watching Dahil Mahal na Mahal kita?!" she asked in excitement as she rolled closer to him, their daughter still in her arms.

Marlo chuckled and looped an arm around her. "No, I'm watching this guy try to get his girlfriend back by reciting movie lines."

He curled his phone and brought it closer for Janella to see clearer.

The people were not easily visible as the recorder was evidently quite far from the scene. But beneath the cheers and screams, the lines the couple said was quite audible.

Despite the inability to get a clear image of their faces, Janella and Marlo both could see the outlines of their body. The girl wore a red dress while the man had on a collared shirt.

They both could tell the two were facing each other and the guy had his hands on his shoulder. And despite the blurriness and distance from the scene, it was quite apparent the couple stood extremely close with little space in between.

"Sana magbalikan sila..." Janella squealed as she began to watch more intently.

"You think quoting a popular movie is going to make me go back to you?" Sige, if that's how we're going to be, then let me just leave this here. "Binigay ko sa'yo ang lahat, wala na nga akong tinira para sa sarili ko."

It was at that moment that Sam's eyes popped open as her doll-like eyes lit up.

"NINANG!" Sam giggled as she began to shake her tiny finger at the phone screen.

Janella and Marlo exchanged a look before chuckling.

"Sam, anak, that isn't ninang. Wala pa siyang boyfriend," Janella cooed as she began to gently massage Sam's head.

"Ninang! Ninang!" she called out repeatedly.

Marlo smiled at her energy. "She really must miss--"

Marlo stopped his sentence midway as he heard the verbal commentary from the video taker.

"Bakit sobrang kamukha niya yung anak ni Ron Lustre?"

"Oo nga, siya ba yun?"

Janella's eyes widened as she and Marlo slowly turned to the side and looked at each other in confusion.

"If that is Nadine..." Marlo began.

"Teka, let me check something," Janella interrupted as she quickly took out her own phone and went to Nadine's private instagram page.
