Max and I walked through the rain slowly. I held her hand in mine, it was small and soft compared to mine. The rain was pouring and covered us like a blanket. It was cold though. It was still winter and there was ice and frost. Max moved with caution as she slid around a bit.
We got to the pool on campus. The building was large and dark inside. I unlocked the door and pulled Max inside with me. She slightly tripped, wrapping her arms around myself. The girl fell into my chest. I pulled her up, her face red. This wasn't the first time I've broken into the school to do something. Principle Wells didn't scare me, he hardly disciplined me. Max and I walked through the boys locker room and to the office. Max waited by the pool while I turned on the lights and the heater. The room was lit with a light blue color, similar to Max's light eyes. Chlorine filled our senses. I took off my sweater and shoes.
"I just realized that neither of us have swimsuits." Max said as her cheeks flushed with red. The thought of swim suits hadn't even entered my mind.
"Well, we can still swim." I answered as I started unbuttoning my dress shirt. Max nodded and walked over to the girls locker room. We both undressed. Not fully, just to our underwear. It's close enough to a swim suit. I stripped down to my black boxers and put my clothes off to the side. I sat down at the edge of the water, just putting my feet and lower legs into the warm water. The room was brisk but the water kept me from shivering.

I stood silently in the locker room while I undressed. I was too self conscious to do so in front of Nathan. When I saw him the other night, shirtless, I realized how perfect his body was. Mine isn't all that. I stood in a pair of lilac underwear and a pink bra. I inhale chlorine and sweat filled air before walking out to the pool. Nathan sat there hunched over himself slightly. Enough for me to see his spine and veins through his pale skin. His veins trailed his body like roads on a map. I drop my clothes in a pile off to the side with his but I fold his jacket nicely and place it on top. I walk slowly and wait for Nathan to notice. A shiver ran up my spine as the boy turned to me. His eyes widened as he stared at my body. I felt myself blush as his eyes scanned me. I stepped closer to the edge of the pool as Nathan stood up next to me. He kissed me slowly as he wrapped his hands around my waist. I sighed and pulled away from Nathan, he winced in disappointment. I kept eye contact with him as I leapt from the concrete into the water. The warmth of the water swallowed my body. After sitting underneath the warm waves I created I pulled my head up. Nathan still watched me as he jumped in as well. He hugged his knees to his chest as he flew. The boy landed away from me but swam gracefully to me. He wrapped his arms around my legs and brought them up the length of my body. I waded in a spot shallow enough for me to stand , Nathan stood by me eventually. His arms still now around my waist. Water droplets hung on his jaw and nose, his hair was messy and hung down on his forehead. He started to lean in to kiss me, he took his hands away. My eyes fluttered shut before he splashed me.

Max playfully frowned at me before jumping into my arms. I leaned back slightly in the water, we floated gently. I held the frail girl tightly to myself. She was in my arms bride and groom style. Her skin was soft and warm compared to mine. Max's body was covered in freckles that reminded me of constellations. I felt my cheeks go red as I realized that we were both almost naked. I grinned, I pushed my head under the water to cool my face off. Max's tangled hair dragged through the water as I moved with her. She stared at the ceiling as we drifted slowly. I couldn't help myself, I leaned towards her and kissed her lightly. Her hand moved from my shoulder to my heart. I broke from her and moved to kiss her jaw. Max gasped as I moved to the center of her neck. I nipped the skin gently and kissed her. She was refreshing, like lemonade on a hot summer afternoon. I pulled away as Max got down from my arms. She hugged me before she managed to float peacefully on her back. I did the same. We sat in silence for minutes before the the bell infront of the school rang out, signaling that it was 3 in the morning.
"Max,"
"Hmm?"
"Should we head out? We have class, I don't care about it.. I know you do.""Oh shit.. yeah we should.." Max sighed and swam to the wall of the pool. I watched her climb out and grab her Jane Doe shirt. I pulled myself slowly out of the pool as I watched her pull the fabric over her wet skin. I took my shirt and dried my skin as best as possible before pulling on. Max wrang our her hair and pushed the wet locks behind her ears. We both finished putting our clothes on and turned the pool lights off before leaving. "God, I can't wait to shower and get this chlorine out of my hair." Max said giggling.
"Me too." I laughed and put my arm around Max as we walked.
I walked the girl to her dorm and hugged her tightly before kissing her. She pulled me closer to deepen our kiss. I grabbed her hips and pushed her against her door. Max gasped and grabbed the back of my neck She pulled herself away and nipped and sucked on my earlobe. A moan crawled up my throat and I kissed her again. I pulled away "Goodnight Maxine." I smirked as she blushed.
"Goodnight Nathan."
