I followed the cop cars to the police station. Once word got out that Saint Asonia, Bullet for my Valentine, and Bring Me the Horizon were in a bar fight, the social media would have a field day. Especially since they all ended up in jail. Social media was going to blow up and spread like a wildfire. They might have to cancel their show tomorrow. I knew their tour manager would bail the guys out of jail. That left Batman. Someone had to help him. I didn't think he had any friends or family. I drive into the parking lot. I didn't know what to do. I just waited in the car. They took the biker guys in first. Probably to keep them separate. Lisa and I got out of the car. I wasn't sure if going inside was a good idea. I wouldn't be able to talk to anyone until they had everyone in custody. I saw a guy yelling at the band members. He was pissed. "Oliver you know you have a temper. God damn it! Adam, you know Oliver has a temper. Why was Oliver even allowed into a bar? You all have a show tomorrow!! We should all be in a bus right now!! Not a god damn police station. How am I going to explain this? We're going to have to cancel tomorrow because Someone had to start a fight!! Let's start a riot!!! Ha, ha, ha!! Why am I talking? No one ever Listens?" He yelled as the cops took in the guys one at a time. The police had a handful tonight. The jail was going to be packed. I waited until everyone was inside. The tour manager remained outside to make a phone call. He did have a handful to deal with. I told Lisa I was going to ask him for information. He would know what was going on. I slowly walked up to him as he spoke into the phone. "Yes, you heard me. We're going to have to cancel tomorrow. Oliver and his god damn temper. We will have to rescheduled. It'll have to be after the tour. Yes, I'm sure everyone will know by morning. Bye." He ended the connection then was making another call. I interrupted him. "Excuse me. I was wondering if you knew how long they were going to keep the guys in custody? My friend got arrested with them. He was playing pool with Oliver when the fight happened." The tour manager stopped what he was doing to look at me. "You might as well go home. They're going to be kept overnight. They won't be released until tomoroow morning. They don't want them causing anymore trouble. God damn it Oliver." He then continued to make his phone call. I went back to Lisa so we could go home. We would have to come back in the morning.

Batman POV

The rockstars were only getting detained but us regular folks were getting booked. They were going to know who I was and there was nothing I could do about it. They asked for my fingerprints then my name and address. If I lied my fingerprints would give me away. I sat in the interrogration room waiting for them. They kept me in handcuffs. My past never escaped me but how can it when they keep track of it. A woman and a man walk in. Detectives. They needed me like always. The woman, reading from my file, spoke first. "Batman. Aka Michael Wayne. Interesting. No wonder you go by the name Batman. It fits the name." I hate chit chat. It's like they want me to sit here and suffer. "I don't have time for this bullshit. Just tell me why I'm here." I angerily said. I'm not good when I feel cornered like I'm prey waiting to be devoured by wolves. "Calm down Michael. We're getting to it." The man said as he threw a folder on the table. "Open it and tell us if you know the man." I opened the folder knowing the man they are looking for. I glanced at the pictures knowing what they wanted. "Do you know him?" He asked. "What do you want from me? You know that I do. You also know I don't work for him anymore. I'm clean now. This is my past not my present." I said as I raised my voice. It seemed like this nightmare would never end. I threw the pictures at them. "Just let me live my life!! That is not my life anymore!!" I yelled angerily. Why do they have to bring up the past? I hated that life. "Michael, you have assult charges against you. Why not help us to put a crimial behind bars? Your charges will be dropped and a criminal will no longer be on the streets. It's a win-win situation." The woman said. I laughed. If she only knew how hopeless that was. "Sure lady. If you put Chavez in jail he'll still have power behind bars. He'll put a hit on me, on anyone I know, and for what? Assult charges? It's not worth my Life!! You both can just fuck off." I was done with this conversation. "We'll let you sit in jail so you can think about it. You'll see that we're right. Gentleman, take him away." The man said to the two officers that joined us. "You can make me stay but my answer will still be no. No means no. There's no changing it. Why can't you get that through your thick heads?" "Come on. Let's go." An officer said. I stood up and threw the table to land on it's side. "You will not break me!!! I yelled ferociously as the officers dragged me away.

Adam POV

They finally released us. It was morning as we walked out. The tour buses were ready to get back on the road. I didn't get to say goodbye to Renee. Just thinking about Renee made me happy. That's how it felt when I first met her. She just made me feel alive. I wanted to get to know her more but we still had shows to do. I got on the bus and turned my phone on. The police had taken it away but I finally got it back. Now I could text Renee. Let her know that I was going back on the road and that I would call her when we got to the next city. I sent the message and checked my other messages. Megan had left me multiple messages. "Why aren't you answering? Is it true what they're saying? Call me!!" I checked Facebook and sure enough it was out. "Fight breaks out at local bar where band members from Saint Asonia, Bring Me the Horizon, and Bullet for my Valentine were seen at. No one knows who started the fight but we do know that all the band members spendt the night in jail after what is being known as the Rock Stars vs. Biker Gang. More information will be coming soon." How was I supposed to explain this? I called Megan knowing how the conversation would go. "Hello?" "It's me Megan." "It's about time. What took you so long?" "They kept me overnight. I just got out. They kept my phone so I wasn't able to talk to anyone." "Was there really a fight? Why were you fighting in a bar? More importantly, why were you at a bar?" I didn't want her to know about Renee until I could tell her in person. When I first met Megan, her positivity is what attracted me to her. Her caring heart and loving nature was attractive. It's what I needed in my life. What I felt I was missing. Especially after the hell I went through but as time went on I saw another side of Megan. A more demanding, jealous, and violent temper that she tries to hide until she can't contain it anymore. I always talked about an animal in me. I met my match when I met Megan. Renee was the total opposite. She was innocence. Like a breath of fresh air. "Why the huge smile on your face?" Mike asked as he sat across from me. I didn't realize where my thoughts were going or that I was still on the phone with Megan. "I was just hanging out with the guys and a fight broke out. I was trying to break it up but they stll arrested me." I pointed to the phone and said Megan to let Mike know. "You shouldn't be at a bar. Most importantly, you shouldn't be drinking. I don't know why I put up with this from you. I love you Adam but sometimes this lifestyle gets to me." "You mean only when it suits you. The only part you don't like is when I'm out on the road without you or hanging out with the guys. Just admit it Megan, you don't trust me." "Do you blame me? Women are always throwing themselves at you. I have to go. Don't go to anymore bars." She said and hung up. She always had to have the last word. I saw that I had a message from Renee. "Hope it wasn't a bad night. They're still keeping Batman. They didn't tell me why. Be safe on the road. I'll miss you. Wish we had more time to talk last night. Talk to you when you reach the next city. Take care. Laters. :)" I smiled. A breath of fresh air.
