This is a simple cover that can look really cool if you use the right image! It's really quick to make too once you get the hang of it.

For this tutorial I'll only be using Superimpose and Phonto.

Step 1

Open Superimpose and click on the double square icon in the far top left corner and click on "Pick color" to load your background. At the bottom choose "2:3" and whatever color you want, I suggest you use black but it doesn't matter. Click on the check mark and your done with your background.

Step 2

Click on the double square icon in the far top left corner again and click on "Photo" under Foreground. Then choose the photo you want for your cover, then click on "Transform" and click on the "T" shape arrow, the second to last icon in the top right corner, to expand your photo.

After that click on the second to last icon in the top left corner to merge and merge your photo then save it and close Superimpose

Step 3

Open up Phonto and load your cover you just made on Superimpose. Now for this cover I didn't use a filter but depending on the photo you use you might want to use one it's all up to you.

Once you load your image tap the screen and click on "Add Text" and type your title of your book. The font I use is "Couture Bold".
