Hey guys :) I'm back with another cover that I think you'll like💙 now I can't take credit for this cover, I saw it on google and I figured out how to make it but I can't find the owner of this so credit to owner!💙
For this tutorial I'll be using PicsArt and Superimpose and Phonto.
Step 1 Open up PicsArt and click on the plus icon at the bottom of the screen then click "Edit" and choose the picture you want

Once you've choose your pic click on "effect" then click on "Blur" then choose "Motion Blur" then save it and close PicsArt.

Step 2
Open Superimpose and click on the double square icon in the top left corner then click on "Pick color" then at the bottom choose "2:3" and whatever color you want. It won't matter but I choose black.

Click the check mark and now you got your background.
Step 3
Load the motion image you just made from PicsArt and expand it by clicking on the T shape arrow icon in the top corner then merge.
