For this tutorial I'll be using Superimpose and Phonto.
Step 1
Open Superimpose and import your background by choosing "Pick Color". At the bottom of the screen click on "2:3" and set the color to black then click done.

Step 2
Import your foreground image by clicking on "Photos" and choose your background then expand it and merge then save it and close Superimpose.

Step 3
Open Phonto and don't choose a filter yet unless you want you which I did and I choose "fade". Click on the arrow in the corner then click on "Add Item"

Then click on the star icon at the bottom then scroll all the way down and click on the clear square in the bottom right corner.
