For this tutorial I'll be using Superimpose and Polarr and Phonto and Picsart.
Step 1 Open Picsart and load the image you want for your cover. Once that loads click on "Effects" then choose "B&W" and save it.

Step 2
Open Polarr and load your cover. Once that loads click on "Light" to edit your photo. Exposure: -45 Brightness: -27 Contrast: -100 Highlight: 100 Shadows: 100 Whites: -50 Blacks: -25
