Hey guys! This cover I made out of the blue and just messed around with it and loved the end result so I'm going to teach you how to make this loving cover😊
The tools I'll be using for this cover is Superimpose, Polarr, and Phonto.
Step 1
Open Superimpose and import your background by choosing "Pick Color". The color doesn't matter you just want the size which is "2:3". Once you've done that click on the check mark and now you got your background.

After loading that as your background click on the import icon and click on "Photos" under Import Foreground and choose the photo you like for your cover.
Step 2
Expand the photo all over then merge it. Then load another foreground for a glitter effect then click Transform and expand the image then click the tool icon in the top right corner and at the bottom of the screen click "Screen" then merge and save it

Save that and close Superimpose.
Step 3
Open up Polarr and load the image you just edited on Superimpose.
