lol I made this cover for a friend and really liked the way it turned out and it was simple so here how you make the cover up above😁❤️
For this tutorial I'll be using Superimpose and Phonto and Picsart.
Step 1
First pick a color you want to basically surround your cover with, I chose purple💜
Once you think of the color you want google "Y/C overlay tumblr" and pick out 6 overlay. It's ok if they aren't png you really more need ones with the same background. After saving 6 choose a png and then open Picsart and click on "Collage" then grid and tap all 6 of your overlay then at the top where you choose your grid, scroll all the way to the end and pick the 5th to last grid.

Now click on the border and bring it all the way down then click the arrow to started editing it.
Step 2
Click on "Effect" and if you want you can put a filter on it, I chose HDR just to match everything up and sharpen it. Then click on the arrow in the bottom left corner and click on blur and choose "motion blur" then save and close Picsart.
