A trail of flames filled the woods. Two birds screeched at each other. The sky was lighten up with bright stars but darkness filled the woods with trees everywhere.

Ash screeched again at Adara but she completely ignored it as she flew furiously into the woods. She kept going further and further. Fires were formed from Adara's trail of flames. Ash screeched again to get Adara's attention of her actions.

Soon Adara paused and so did Ash. Ash screeched as he realized what Adara was just about to enter. There in the dark forest stood the huge wooden cabin that Adara was once captured in.

Ash's screech began louder. Adara looked back at him and he could see a smirk forming on her face. Adara quickly flew into the cabin. She burnt a hole through the door to enter. Adara paused as she saw that the cabin was once again dark and she was again the only light there. She screeched loudly throughout the cold silent cabin. She screeched louder as the glass windows broke. And the vase that she was once in was shattered. The glass all over the table. She smirked at the vase. She was glad that it was finally broken.

Adara flew further through the cabin. She remembered the entire place. When she was their before, she was brought through the entire house. As she went deeper into the house she saw the basement door.

Memories came back to her. She started remembering all the tines that big trucks came to the cabin and picked Adara up and was carried out of the basement and to the truck to be shipped to a lab. She started remembering the dark back of the truck. She remembered seeing other creatures there with her.

She remembered seeing a baby griffin just pike her who is probably the same age as Adara now. Adara remembered how scared both of then was. The griffin was tiny and was always laying down in the corner with its wings covering itself and the chain that stayed around one of its ankles. She still wonders to this day if the griffin was ever freed.

Adara screeched through the cabin even louder than earlier. She made all the glasses break. She began flapping her wings, furiously as flames came off of them and were aimed to the door. She flapped her wings faster as she created a bug flame in front of her and threw it at the door. A hole formed in the door of the basement as she flew through the fire and into the basement.

She saw the woman who captured her, standing by a bunch of chemicals. Adara screeched and the weird bottles of strange liquids bursts. The woman covered her ears immediately as the sound of the bird was to much for her to handle. Adara screeched louder and got closer to the woman.

"Stop!"the woman yelled as she dropped down to the ground as if it get away from the sound. Adara flapped her wings furiously to stay in the air and continued to screech.

Suddenly Adara was hit to the ground. She spanned down to the floor. For a few seconds she laid there with one of her wings covering most of her body. Adara turned around to see what pushed her and she saw Ash flying in the air in front if the woman who still had her hands over her ears.

Adara was furious! The only friend she had just stopped her from destroying the person that took away her freedom, in Adara's eyes, that's how it was. Adara then spun up with flames around herself. When she got back up in the air, she screeched at Ash. Ash screeched back. Both phoenixes were flapping their wings furiously, both ready to defend their selves.

"Stop it!"the woman yelled at the birds' voices. Ash turned to the woman and stared at her for a moment and then looked back at Adara. Flames left Ash's body as he turned back into his human form. Adara just screeched at him.

"Adara, listen, what you're trying to do isn't right, I know you're mad at her and have only hate for her but don't, killing this woman won't make anything better, it'll just haunt you more," Ash told her. Adara screeched at him but not enough to harm him. She cared about Ash, she would never hurt him, no matter what he disagreed with her.

"You need to stop this, come back with me to the town, we can figure things out, together, I promise you'll never be alone, so please come back,"Ash told her. Adara just stayed in the air, flapping her wings. "Just because one human makes a mistake, that doesn't mean you should blame their while race,"Ash added. Flames left Adara's body as she floated down to the floor. She turned back into her human form but her eyes were still a fiery red. She still had anger inside of her.

"Humans extinct us so we'll extinct them!"she told Ash as she turned to the woman. "Just leave me alone!,"the woman pleaded for her life. "That's all I ever wanted you to do but you always kept me locked up!"Adara yelled at her. "Adara! This isn't right!"Ash yelled at her. Adara turned to Ash. "The human race shall pay for their horrible actions! No other animal shall be hurt ever again when they're all gone,"Adara told him.

Suddenly a small flame formed on Adara's hand. "No! Please! No! I won't ever do what I did to you, to anyone else!"the woman pleaded. "It's too late, you pitiful human,"Adara replied as she threw her hand up and ready to throw the fire at the woman. "Adara No!"Ash yelled as Adara was hit to the ground.

Adara's eyes became blurry as the flame on her hand faded to ashes. "Ash?"she asked. "Adara!"she heard Ash's voice. She turned to her side on the floor and saw Ash on the floor too. "Ash!"Adara yelled. Adara turned to look for the woman. The woman was now being helped up by a man. It looked like one of the men who Ash attacked.

"No!"Adara yelled as she tried to pick herself up but she couldn't feel anything. Darkness then came into her eyes and she couldn't see a thing.
