thats great news (the mortal instruments)

surprise surprise

last night clary and jace sat everyone down in the living room and explained the whole angel thing since as soon as alec came in to the infirmary and found the couple awake he called the whole family in  and everyone started buzzing with questions so they thought it would be better if they could all sit down.

everyone was totally shocked when they heard the news but Jocelyn took it the hardest. she wasn't too emotional about it but after spending so long trying to keep her only daughter from the shadow world only for her to turn into an angel was definitely a lot for her to take in. eventually luke took jocelyn home and everyone else went to bed. clary could tell their was something different between izzy and simon and they even came out the same room so when everyone was leaving clary dragged izzy to the corner of the room and made her tell clary what had happened between her and simon.

and clary was happy for them

"morning beautiful" jace said to clary as he gazed into her big green eyes. "morning" she replied "whats the plans for today then" "well you get to spend the day with your amazingly sexy boyfriend" jace said "okay then can we watch movies all day. im exhausted and my back hurts" clary pleaded "of course. but we have to get out of bed first" he said smirking. before clary could reply jaces lips gently brushed across hers and clarys hands found his hair as she pulled his lips down on hers causing him to moan gently into her mouth. clary grinned on his mouth as jace rolled over so that he was on top of her but he had his hands on ether side of her so that he didnt squish her or the babies. clary pulled away first and ducked under his arms and escaped to the bathroom. jace growled "you dont get me that easy sunshine" she giggled and locked the door so that jace had no chance of sneaking up on her.

"there isnt really enough room in this here anymore" clary said with a sigh as she came out the bathroom wrapped in a towel. jace was now in a pair of ripped jeans and a tight black shirt that showed off the bumps of his washboard abs. clary was mesmerised by the image of him spread across her bed "staring is rude you know clarissa" he said looking at her as she blushed " and yes you think I don't know that... so I have a surprise for you" he whispered huskily to her " well let me get dressed first and then you can show me" she said and just as she stepped forwards she clutched her stomach and let out a cry of pain. jace was by her side in an instant "clary what wrong" he said worriedly as he supported her body. she gripped on to his arm "im fine it will stop in a minute, the pests are just moving around" that made jace smile and just like that clary was standing up again and she walked to her over to her drawers and took out a loose vest top and some joggy bottoms. "come on then show me your big surprise" she said folding in her wings so that they didn't get in the way as jace did the same with his. the wings took a couple of hours of getting used to but clary was surprised she was already used to them, they were like a second nature and she assumed it was the same for jace.

jace took clarys hand and led her down the hall a little until they stood outside one doors to one of the institutes many rooms. clary was slightly confused as to why they were here but when jace opened the door it all mad sense. it was a massive room and it had been painted a pristine white against the far wall was a king sized bed with red and gold bedding on ether side of the bed was a white bedside table. one with a red lamp and red alarm clock and the other with a gold lamp and a gold alarm clock. in the corner of the room was the 2 cots that her and izzy had ordered just yesterday, the wall around the cots were decorated with stickers of planes, cars, flowers, sweets, stars, animals and planets. on the ceiling  were glow in the dark stars and on the floor under the cots were big multi coloured foam jigsaw pieces. next to the cots was a chest of drawers. some of the drawers were blue and some were pink and there was also some shelves that held some of the stuff they had got at the shower. against the other wall a larger plain white set of chest of drawers which would be clary and jaces. there was also two doors on one of the walls. one was just a cupboard and the other was a massive bathroom. it had a glass shower, a toilet, a sink and a Jacuzzi bath. there was also a fold out baby changing table. "wow... jace I love it" clary whispered as she turned around to give jace a quick kiss. "good im glad as it seems we may be staying here for a long time" he murmured which mad clary giggle

it had been a long day although all clary and jace did was watch movies so jace suggested they take a bath in their new Jacuzzi bath which clary had thought was a great idea.

" so when the babies are older they will get their own rooms in the institute" jace told clary who was sitting in between his legs leaning against him in a lavender scented bath as she socked up the bubbling bath water "mmmm...jace.." "yes" his hands were resting on her bump with her hands on top of his "so what exactly are these babies going to be called" she asked " oh... I hadent really thought about that" he said "what about ricky... for her" clary blurted out after a couple minutes " yeah... yeah I like that" he replied stroking her bump. they sat there for about half an hour just relaxing when jace broke the silence "and what about Stephen.. you know after my dad" " jace... I love it... that's so thoughtful" he didn't reply "I love you you know" clary said twisting around to face jace " I love you too " and then they were kissing. clary instantly opened her mouth as she felt jaces toung explore her mouth. he tasted of honey and sunshine if that was possible. clary let out a moan from the back of her throat as she carried on kissing jace. he loved the way she tasted or raspberries and chocolate. "we should probably get out im turning into a fish and plus this is kind of an uncomfortable position" clary said. jace stood up and then helped clary up and out so that she did not slip, "good cos I have something else to show you" he whispered in her ear " ohhhh more treats" clary squealed "I am getting spoiled" she said and she got dressed into a loose nighty and jace put on a loose tank top and some pyjama bottoms

they were now in the green house sitting on a picnic blanket " remember the first time I brought you up here to see the midnight flower" "yeah it was the first time we kissed" clary said in a dreamy voice remembering that memory. jace then stood up and grabbed clarys hands pulling her up so that she was standing. he spun her around and just as she did so the midnight flower bloomed. clary was so mesmerised that she didn't notice when jace left her side. when the midnight flower finally died out clary noticed jace was gone and when she turned around to look for him she found jace on one knee holding out a black velvet box that held a simple silver ring with a small diamond "clarissa fray. since the moment I met you in pandemonium, to our first kiss here in this greenhouse, through all  our up and downs and all the bad guys asses we have whipped I have always loved you and I always will. I don't want to live one moment on this earth without you...so will you marry me " he asked. clarys eyes had welled up with tears and her smile was huge "yess... yes I will" clary said laughing. jace stood up and wrapped her in a hug, spinning her around but being careful of her bump, he wrapped his wings around her and crashed his lips down on hers, the kiss was soft at first but then it got more fierce as clary deepened it, jaces hands crawled under her shirt and roamed up and down her back, clary let out a growl as she tangled her fingers into his hair. he gently picked her up and lay her down on the blanket crawling on top of her. she was still wrapped in his wings. he started kissing along her jaw then down her throat to the top of her nighty and then his lips found his way back to her lips "now we have to tell everyone else" he murmured against her mouth "at least my mum likes you more now" she whispered back which made him smile...
