Marinette's POV
My heels clattered loudly as I walked through the airport. I stood there silently as the sweet aroma of bread and minty fresh air brushed by my nose.

"It's been 3 years Paris. I'm finally back home." I said nostalgically.

I quickly rushed back home in a taxi and greeted my parents.

"Mama! Papa! I'm back." I said cheerfully before diving into their arms.

They wrapped me in their arms and held me tight, almost lifting me off the ground. I giggled and continued to smother my head into my parent's arms. It feels so great to be home, I still clearly remember the exact smell of the Dupain Cheng Bakery's pastries, the slight scent of paint lingering from the staircase and the warm breezes that would escape from the ovens. Ah, yes. I missed this sensation.

"My goodness Marinette! You've changed so much. You look so much more mature and beautiful!" Mama said proudly.

"You make me feel like an old man! The last time I saw you, you still looked like a little twerp." Papa teased.

"Oh stop it you two." I said between giggles.

I wriggled out of their grip and ran up the staircase with my suitcases. I dropped them on the floor and flopped onto my bed.

" *sigh* I should go see them now..." I said.

I wonder how they've been after all these years, hope they haven't forgotten about me. I jumped off my bed and left the bakery with only my phone.

"I'm going to go see Alya!" I yelled from outside of the bakery.

I ran as fast as I could. I still clearly remember the old me who was always late to school, running on these streets. I pulled my phone out from out of my pocket and called Alya. I stood beneath her window and watched her look around as it rung.

"Hey Alya, it's Marinette." I said cheerfully.

"Oh my goodness! Marinette! Did you need something?" She asked.

"Look down." I replied.

She turned towards her window and dropped her phone along with her jaw.

"Oh my god!" She yelled at the top of her lungs.

Loud stomps and thumps were heard as she carried her feet down the stairs. The door flew open and she quickly ran out, head locking me into a hug and pinning me to the floor. She squealed and kicked her feet vigorously in joy.

"Marinette! It's really you. I've missed you so much girl." She said tearily.

"Me too." I said while patting her back.

She stood up and pulled me with her. Alya quickly ran inside, put on some shoes and grabbed me hands before running off.

"Let's go to the park, I have so much to say!"

I giggled and went along with her crazy whims. By the time we arrived there both of us were out of breath. My legs gave out and I collapsed onto the bench, exhausted.

"Oh my goodness girl! You will not believe how much everyone has changed!
Nino works as a barista and DJs in a club, I'm a low profile journalist/interviewer, Rose is studying to become a stylist, Max designs games....." Alya blabbered.

My attention slowly slipped away as I heard Alya chatter about everyone.

"How's Adrien?" I asked excitedly.

"That guy. He barely shows up to our outings anymore. He's been so busy with modelling he hardly had any time to see us, and when he does he's exhausted or completely absent minded." She replied sadly.

"I'll go check on him, I hope it's not awkward. After all it's been years since we've spoken face to face."

"You do that girl."

"So...did you get some guys in America? Tell me all about that." She chuckled.

Alya nudged my arms over and over, I tried keeping my mouth shut but I couldn't hold it any longer.

"Ok ok! There was....well, I'm one guy. He's a year younger than me and he often made the clothes that I designed. But we could hardly see each other out of work because he was so busy so things didn't go well. Plus it was pretty hard to get over Adrien, I had a crush on his for over 7 years."

Alya smiled sympathetically and gave me a pat on the back.We talked for hours until I noticed the sun setting. I stood up and bid Alya goodbye.

"There's a class reunion tomorrow! I'm going to organise one right now! 12pm at the clock behind the school! You better show up or I'll invade your house and drag you by the collar myself!" Alya said jokingly.

I shivered at the thought, it may have been a joke but it certainly sounds like something she would do. I gave her a thumbs up and ran off.

Adrien's POV
I slumped onto my bed tiredly.
Lately there have been so many photoshoots and it's all I ever do. I don't get to go out and when I do I barely have time.

My phone suddenly rung.

Alya
Hey Adrien we have another class reunion tomorrow. 12pm at the clock behind school.

Adrien
I have things to go tomorrow I don't think I can make it, sorry.

Alya
Marinette's back! She's coming....too bad you're gonna miss it.

Adrien
I'll figure something out.

Alya
Great!

The door opened. I sat up and saw Nathalie staring at me with her cold eyes, as usual.

"Your father has come home from America, come and greet him."

I nodded and got out of bed. I walked through my long corridors until I reached his door. I knocked twice before entering.

"Hello father." I said happily.

"Hello Adrien."

"Um, tomorrow there's gonna be a class reunion and I was hoping you know. If I could um go? Marinette's going to be there, I haven't seen her in years...."

Father sighed and looked me in the eye. His cold eyes suddenly became mellow and heartwarming. He jokingly punched me in the chest and nodded.

"Go get her son." He said with a slight smirk on his face.

I gave him a huge grin and ran outside of the room in high spirits.

I can't wait to see Mari.
