It's Alright

When you came into my life it was dark and dreary,
The tears from my eyes made everything bleary.
You took my hand, then hugged me tight,
You told me right then everything would be alright.
You wiped away my tears,
You calmed my heart and my fears.
You stayed and listened to me cry out my pain,
For you it was not in vain.
Our life together has grown stronger day by day,
For me the words I love you are not enough to express all I want to
