He came back into my life like a blast from the past,
Over my heart he put a love spell he cast.
I had always loved him since I was a teen,
But due to circumstances things came in between.
Now that I have him back in my life,
I find out he goes through so much strife.
Needs many things medically but most of all a heart,
Or forever we will part.
I know he will watch over me from above,
And he will still know my love.
He shows me such kindness and caring,
We enjoy our moments of conversation sharing.
He shows me such patience and understanding,
He has never said a harsh word; hand lay, or is demanding.
We both want in life the same things,
And no matter what the future brings.
My heart remains true to him as his stays true to me,
And I will cherish every moment until he seizes to be.
