Trey's View
"Is she gonna be okay?" I asked the doctor whilst looking down at Amelle lying unconscious on the hospital bed. He nodded and gave me a reassuring smile, I called Vanessa to let her know what had happened and she locked off straight away. This had just proven how dumb I'd been and how I needed to fix up and quickly. She'd been in hospital for 3 days and Vanessa was away with work. I left the room and sat down on a chair in the corridor when moments later I heard Vanessa's mouth and her hand suddenly connect with the side of my face.
"WHAT THE FUCK HAVE YOU DONE NOW?"
"Aye calm down Vanessa!"
"NO, YOU DON'T CARE THAT'S YOUR DAUGHTER LYING THERE BECAUSE OF YOU! A FUCKING DRUG OVERDOSE? ARE YOU JOKING? TREY I SWEAR TO GOD-"
"Just calm down, I'm sorry for what I done and if you want me to leave I will."
"Yes I do want you to leave and infact don't bother coming back."
"You know maybe if that was Rhiannon lying on that hospital bed I would care that you just told me that but it's not Rhi so to be honest I don't give a shit." I kissed my teeth and walked off, I could feel her watching me as I walked out of the hospital and over to my car. Just then my phone started ringing and Cameron's name appeared on the screen.
"Yo."
"Kool Trey, where have you been?"
"Just out, had things to sort out."
"Oh right, you know Rhi's staying with me right?"
"Yeah pack her stuff cos I'm taking her back home."
"Are you seriously gonna try and take her home?"
"Nah, she's coming whether she likes it or not. Kmt she had me so worried man I thought she ran away or something."
"Oh I didn't realise until I got in."
"So Tamara knew?"
"Well I think so anyway I erm gotta go so bye." He locked off quickly, too quickly. I knew Tamara must have had something to do with it and Cameron just didn't want to admit it. I kissed my teeth and got into my car and drove back to my house, I unlocked the door and jogged upstairs to where I'd hidden the gun. Once I moved everything out of the way I still couldn't find it anywhere, I kept looking around the whole house incase I misplaced it but it wasn't anywhere in the house. I dialled Cameron's number and waited.
"Aye Cameron have you been to my house and taken it?"
"No, why would I do that?"
"Its not here man."
"Calm down Trey, have you looked everywhere?"
"Yes I'm telling you someone took it."
"Fucking hell man I'm not getting you another one."
"Well I need it, how am I supposed to get the job done then?"
"I don't know man figure something out yourself I'm done with this." He locked off and I threw my phone on the floor unsure of where to look and what to do next. I grabbed my car keys and then went to Cameron's to pick up Rhiannon. As soon as I knocked on the door Tamara opened it with another girl standing next to her with black hair down to her shoulders and these light brown eyes.
"Erm... Trey?"
"Yeah? Huh?"
"Rhiannon said she's not coming so you might as well go back home."
"I don't think this girl wants to see me angry, I'll drag her home by her hair I swear."
"I think you should calm down."
