Rhiannon's View

I put my shoes on and buttoned up my jacket as I walked down the stairs, I could see the back of Malik's head as he was sitting on my sofa. I walked into the front room and he looked up from the tv.

'Aye sketface, we've got school.' I said and he kissed his teeth and I screwed him.

'Don't kiss your teeth at me you waste.'

'Then don't call me a sketface, fuck sake.'

'But I just did, are you on your period or suttin Malik?'

'Shut the fuck up man I don't have a p*ssy.'

'But you are one though,'

'Say that again if your bad Rhiannon.'

'You need to calm down.'

'Shut up man,'

'No,' He opened his mouth to say something and the sound of the front door slamming shut made us both jump, I turned around and saw Cameron he looked out of breath like he'd been running.

'Morning uncle.'

'You alright Rhi, where's your dad?' I shrugged and pointed to the kitchen, he started walking but then came back into the room and glared at Malik.

'Why aren't you on your way to school?'

'I'm waiting for Rhi to come init.'

'Hurry yourselves up man its 8:10.' I didn't realise how late it was but oh well. We both said our goodbye's and started walking down my road in silence. When we weren't cussing each other it was silent, I couldn't stop thinking about when we'd lipsed. As much as I didn't want to admit it, I definately had some feelings for him. We turned the corner to walk through an alley when he pushed me against the wall and started lipsing me without me being able to respond. After a while, he pulled away and smirked.

'I knew you were thinking about that.'

'What? I don't know what you're talking about,'

'Rhiannon, I've know you for what 14 years? You wanna lie and say you didn't like that?'

'Argh, whatever man.'

'You know you love these lucious lips.' He said licking them, I scoffed and started walking to school. For a 14 year old he looked like he was 16 or even older, he was so tall and hench it kinda scared me. We crossed the road and he nodded at a couple of sixth formers as we walked into school, I looked up at him and shook my head.

'What?' He said.

'How do you know them?'

'Everyone knows Malik babes, get used to it.' I started creasing, and he laughed too but it stopped as soon as my eyes met with Amelle's for once she didn't screw. She looked at me blankly and then turned back around to speak with her group of friends. I still didn't feel bad for what I'd said, it had to be said. Malik noticed the tension and as soon as we turned the corner he started asking questions.

'So what, does Trey not bother with her and her mum then?'

'No he doesn't,'

'Ahh she feels pissed.' I shrugged and we stopped outside my tutor base, he gave me a hug and said he'd wait for me after school.

'No you don't have to, I've got somewhere to go.'

'Well now you've got someone to come with you.'

'Seriously, you don't have to Mal,'

'Nah, I'm going to.'

'I'm not going to visit Stephen,'

'Ite...' He turned around to start walking but I quickly ran up to him and turned him back around.
