"Oh my God," Isabelle whispers, tears welling in her big, round, luscious brown eyes. "Allison..."

I sniffle. "I know, I know. I fucked up. Big time."

"When did you find out?"

"Yesterday."

"When did you, um, conceive this child?"

"Roughly eight weeks ago."

"Oh. Wow. Daniel is the father, right?"

"Yes, of course. He's the only guy I've slept around with." I roll my eyes as if I'm saying, "Duh."

Isabelle chuckles. "I figured. Heh. I'm just in shock."

"You're in shock?!" I say, scoffing. "I'm in way more shock than anyone else could be!"

"Well, you should've used a condom, and you should've gotten on the pill," Points out Isabelle.

For a twelve year old girl, Isabelle is pretty damn smart.

I sigh. "I know. Daniel and I forgot to use protection the first time we did it. But we were safe all the other times...that doesn't solve the problem, though...obviously." I chuckle awkwardly, pointing to my still flat belly.

Isabelle smiles wearily. "Well, Mom and Dad is definitely gonna flip out."

I groan. "Tell me about it!"

You see, the Barry family is Catholic, so we're very strictly religious.

Though, I'm secretly an Atheist. I don't believe in God. I think religions are bull crap. I don't dare to admit that to anyone in my family except for Isabelle who shares the same opinion as mine.

Anyways, when Mom and Dad find out that I'm pregnant and unmarried as a teenager, they'll hate me forever, and they'll probably even shun me.

They'd disown me as their daughter. Soon I'll just be their stupid offspring who got pregnant before finishing high school. I don't deserve to be their daughter.

Besides, they don't particularly like Daniel. They're aware that he's an Atheist, he's a year older and a grade ahead of me (that barely makes a difference!), and they're aware that he's not a virgin.

"I'll be kicked out of the house when I tell them I'm pregnant," I say with yet another groan.

Isabelle sighs and rubs my back comfortingly. "I'm sorry, sis."

"Is, do me a huge favor and don't tell anyone. Especially Mom and Dad."

"You have my word, Al."

We hug each other for a long time.

I'm so lucky to have Isabelle as a sister...

Before I know it, four weeks has flown by.

I still didn't tell anyone else about my pregnancy; Delilah and Isabelle remained as the only ones who knew.

I know, I know. I should've told Mom and Dad weeks ago, or at least Daniel. But I'm too afraid. Too afraid to experience the results of telling them.

Today, though, on the 11th of October, it's fall break.

When Daniel invites me over to his house, I decide today is the day I should make the big announcement.

At promptly 5:30, I arrive at Daniel's house.

"Hey, honey," Daniel greets me with a kiss on my lips.

"Hey, Dan," I say uncomfortably.

"Let's go up to my room," He suggests, grabbing my hand.

"Okay," I agree, knowing what idea he has in his mind.

He pulls me up ever so gently upstairs to his bedroom. We plop down on his bed.

Daniel leans in to kiss me; I kiss him back harder. I push my tongue into his mouth, and our tongues wrap around each other. French kissing is the best kissing...

When Daniel starts to lift up my top, I pull away from him, stopping him from starting to undress me.

"What is it, Allison?" Daniel asks worriedly.

"I have something important to tell you," I declare, taking a deep breath.

"Okay?" He replies hesitantly.

"I'm...pregnant," I decide to just drop the bombshell.

Daniel freezes completely. His hazel eyes turn ice cold. His mouth opens wide, and stays in that position.

"Daniel? Dan? Say something, for fuck's sake!" I shout, shaking his upper body.

Daniel finally speaks. "Is it mine?"

"Fuck, of course it's mine, Daniel. You're the only guy I've ever slept with. Geez."

"Oh. Okay. Umm..." He is obviously speechless.

"Are you mad? Are you sad? Are you disappointed? How are you feeling about me being pregnant?!" I demand.

Daniel glares at me. "I'm fucking mad as hell. I can't believe that you got fucking pregnant. We've been playing it safe, we've been so careful...except for the first time. I didn't think the possibility of you getting pregnant. Allison, we can't be parents. We're too damn young, and you know it!"

Tears brim my bright blue eyes. Then I turn angry. My voice raises to the top volume possible, and I yell: "DANIEL!"

"Look, tell you what. If you get an abortion, I'll stay with you and we'll pretend this never happened. If you decide to keep it, well, I'm leaving you." Daniel says seriously.

At first, I think he's just bluffing. But judging by his tone, he is dead serious.

I turn angrier. My cheeks turns into a tomato red shade. My teeth clenches. "I AM NOT GETTING AN ABORTION! I CANNOT KILL MY OWN CHILD! I'M SORRY, DANIEL, BUT I'M DEFINITELY KEEPING IT!"

"Then get the fuck outta my house...and my life!" Daniel yells.

"Daniel, please don't leave me and the baby! You love me! We've been together for almost two years!" The tears fall down my face.

"I'm sorry, but you shouldn't have gotten pregnant. It's your fault. You're not my girlfriend anymore. I'm not your boyfriend anymore. Goodbye, Allison."

I shake my head in disbelief. "Goddamn it, Daniel!"

And that's the last statement I make towards him. I run out of his bedroom, dart downstairs, and  flee out of the house.

I angrily drive home, I angrily enter the house, and I angrily walk upstairs and shut myself in my bedroom.

I crawl into my bed, curl up into a ball, and hide underneath the blanket. I'm doing nothing but crying.

I can't believe Daniel broke up with me!
