The ride home was full of the gang interrogating Taylor about her being Riptide and why she didn't tell but they were all rather amazed, at first they couldn't believe it but soon, they did. That's how I reacted the first time anyways.

To be honest, no one would just believe something like that! The most polite, innocent and academically inclined in school happened to be the best in rule breaking and mischief.

Ajax was also in the same page as them so, after the game, he was more excited, having the honour to finally meet Riptide.

And that was the last game for this year since the rest will be for the tournaments and I've never joined that, that one requires an entrance fee of probably about a hundred euros and, well, it's almost like Clash of Clans because you have a clan and all of you really have to work together, not that I watched one anyways. The viewing should also be paid and I don't want to spent my money on that.

It was the last I've seen of the gang that year as I went back home to England, with my family for the holidays.

It's nice to be back home, there is just something about the ambience here that can't be replaced by any other place in the world.

Gemma laughed out loud once I continued telling my story. I was actually still on the first part, saying how I've met a rich kid whom I thought was just a normal spoiled person but then, damn, she's different.

Her hair is now longer and straighter, different from the Bob cut since I last saw her while mum. . . well, she's still mum, things barely changed.

I sat near the dinner table, playing with my cards. The two ladies of my life had insisted for me to tell my stories about Canada.

"It was a rather great place, the--"

"Harry, I'm much more excited about this girl. What's her name? Taylor?" Gemma said, sitting in front of me while munching through biscuits.

"What is there to say about her?" I asked, my eyebrows meeting since she had been insisting that I tell stories about Taylor.

"You're obviously smitten by her, given the fact that you've already — three times."

I licked my lips, still playing with my cards, "I think she realised the last one. Anyways, I don't really think she means it."

"Yet you're hoping otherwise." Gems teased and I laughed. "I need to meet this girl."

"No." I said. "I haven't even met her parents."

"And yet she's already your intended." She said, "That's something, but Harry, you can't just run around you know, getting en--"

"I haven't had any rings to show up for it so don't you worry." I said before she even said the word. "I'm barely fit to be her boyfriend."

"Yeah." Gemma said with a sigh, "Are you going back there for the next semester?"

"Given my luggage right now, what do you think?" I asked. Tomorrow I'll go to my school to handle the next semester. "I can't fall in love with a girl thousands of miles away from me."

She rolled her eyes, "You already have, Harry."

I licked my lips, looking straight. "So I can't stay there any longer." I said. "Anyways, I gotta take a ride. I miss my baby."

I stood up.

"Be careful, honey." Mum said and I nodded.

I went straight to the garage where my bike had been left for months. Damn. I pulled the covers off and coughed for a moment because of the bloody dust. It definitely isn't safe to ride a motorcycle during the icy December here but, we've got in door dirt tracks here as well.
