i don't know about the rest of you all but very is hella overused. as well as said (which we already did a chapter on).
there are MANY more words then very. give these ones down below a try for once.
very noisy -> deafening
very often -> frequently
very old -> ancient
very painful -> excruciating
very pale -> ashen
very perfect -> flawless
very powerful -> compelling
very quick -> rapid
very quiet -> hushed
very rich -> wealthy
very sad -> sorrowful
very scared -> petrified
very scary -> chilling
very serious -> grave
very short -> brief
very shy -> timid
of course, using very once in a while is okay. but all the time, no.
