Lee Ji Hyun's POV

We wandered around the city for an hour before we grabbed some local street foods along the way to our hotel. We were lucky that no one recognized Kris for now. We hope that the plan won't be ruined by some fans or worse, the media. It was almost 10 before we reached our hotel. It was just around three blocks from the Manes Exhibition Hall. It was just a small hotel that we found on the internet. We thought that the location is perfect. It wasn't on the main street and it wasn't that crowd.

The building is like the others. Vintage. I noticed that the hotel is quiet creepy as we stepped inside the front door. There is no lobby, only the receptionist desk that have 'receptionist' sign on it. Behind it, a middle aged woman with blonde hair and a pointy nose stared at us as we approached her. She wore an old blue sweater and a red scarf around her neck. Her face was expressionless. Bored. She must hate this job, but this is the only job she has. On her desk, I could see a crossword that she's been working on. She probably hate us for interrupting her.

"Pokoj?", she asked in Czech.

"Sorry, I don't speak Czech", Kris said.

She sighed. "You want a room?"

"Two rooms actually", I answered.

She moved her gaze at me. Stared at me for a moment before she moved it on her desk.

"Only one room available", she said.

"What? I don't see anyone in here. Beside we checked your occupancy yesterday and it wasn't full at all", Kris complained.

The woman groaned before she closed her book and stared at us.

"If you don't want, go find another hotel", she said carelessly.

"It's okay. We take it", I said immediately. We can't just ruin the entire plan just because the hotel room. Beside it's only for three days at max.

"But...", Kris looked at me.

"It's fine. I'll take the couch", I gave him a smile.

"I'm gonna need your ID", she said impatiently before she turned around to get the key. "Room 211. Pay after you done. Broke anything, you pay for it", she said as she handed me the old rusty key.

"Thanks", I smiled at the woman.

She ignored it before she got back to her crossword. Just before we reached the stairs, there was a couple walked in.

"One room please", the man said.

"You're lucky. We only have one left. I need your ID", the woman said still with her monotone voice.

We were surprised. Did the woman think we're like that couple? Kris wanted to complain, but I forbid him. I didn't want anymore drama. I just wanted to crash. It was a long day and I was really tired.

We found our room at the corner of the second floor. The hallway on second floor was even creepier than the lobby. There were only a few lights along the hallway and some even flickered. The carpet and wallpaper were so old that I don't even want to know when was the last time they changed it. The door has a wooden sign with 211 written on it. I unlocked the room after we reached the door.

Not much difference from the outside, the room also has an old carpet and wallpaper. As we guessed, it has only one bed. There's also a couch, small desk, and an old tv. It wasn't dirty. Just old and a little dusty here and there, but it was tolerable.

"So... you want the bed?", I asked.

He chuckled nervously. "No. Are you kidding? What kind of man let a woman sleep on the couch? Beside I'm the knight and you're the princess, remember?"
