After the two had devoured their meal they decided to take a small walk along the beach. As they continued to walk side by side, Emerald began to shiver as the wind hit her exposed skin. She immediately regretted not grabbing a coat or a jumper at the door as she now began to rub her arms in attempt to keep her warm.

Lance looked to his right to notice a shivering Emerald and he chuckled lightly as he took off his denim coat. He placed it around her and instantly Emerald sighed in relief, the warmness of his coat relaxing her body.

Before Emerald could even begin her apology Lance beat her to it. "Don't worry, I was about to take it off anyways." He lied, to make her feel better but he didn't mind it.

Lance took Emerald's hand as they entwined fingers and walked slowly through the warm sand. Emerald looked at the small waves, smiling as her eyes darted up towards the sky full of stars and the pitch black sky. The beach looked amazing at this time of night. They both scanned the beach and noticed a few people approaching the beach, they were a bit surprised but they didn't let it bother them.

They neared a spot in the sand with a large beach towel sprawled out in the sand.

"Ah, here's our spot." He said as he lead her to sit down on the spot and he sat after her.

She looked at him in amazement.

'Wow he really planned all dis fuh me.' She thought to herself as she admired the man beside her who gazed at the waves.

Lance noticed her gaze and he turned to face her, a smirk on his lips as he rose his brows.

"Stop checking me out, yeah?" He teased as he gazed into her eyes tat reflected the moonlight.

"Can't resist." She simply replied as she leaned closer to him, her forehead now resting on his own.

"Aye.." He placed a peck to her soft lips before continuing. "I ain't blaming you."

Emerald blushed as she wrapped her arms around his neck. She wanted more of him and there was no denying it.

Their lips collided once again and before she knew it she'd straddled his lap as they continued their intimate kiss on the island.

Lance's hands slowly slid from her waist down to her backside and he squeezed lightly making her moan into the kiss. He broke from the kiss as his kisses trailed over to her jawline; making her tilt her head slightly. Emerald tilted her head further as his kisses trailed to her neck and began attacking her soft skin. She fluttered her eyes shut as she bit her lip, avoiding the moans that tempted to escape.

She couldn't help but feel as though this was wrong, as if someone was watching; after all this place was quite public for such intimacy they were engaging in.

Emerald fluttered her eyes open out of paranoia and she sighed in relief when there was no one at the shady spot. However her eyes glanced to the left and she noticed a dark silhouette lurking at the two. She nudged at Lance to stop his actions as she squinted her eyes in attempt to see who was trying to spy on her at this time of night. As soon as the unknown person noticed they'd been spotted by both Emerald and Lance, they began to walk away quickly; holding a long sarong with her.

"Who was that?" Lance questioned as he turned his attention back to her and gripped her waist.

Emerald frowned as she mentally scolded at herself not to have a breakdown right now. She took slow breaths as she looked away from Lance. Her mind raced at the possibilities of that being a close relative. But then if it was how could they possibly know of her whereabouts?

"Hey, baby, chill.." He said as he placed his hand at her chin making her look into his eyes.

"Wuh if dat person go tell everyone? Wuh if dey know who I is Lance.." She said as she voiced her worries through the silent night.

Lance didn't see the problem, in his eyes she hadn't done anything wrong and she was old enough to have her own life and privacy.

"People here really do be treating you like a child.. How old are you?" It was a question he probably should've asked her before even getting this close to her, but he hadn't thought of it till now.

"Nineteen, and you?" She replied awkwardly, realizing she didn't know his age either.

Lance widened his eyes as he looked at her. "Damn.. you ain't even legal back in America." He was shocked. The beauty she possessed made her look much more mature and grown. But he didn't mind, and he as he was about to tell her his age, he only hoped she wouldn't too.

"I'm twenty four." He replied and she instantly hopped off of his lap, sitting beside him.

His heart sunk and he looked over at her.

"Is that a problem? Did I say something wrong?" He questioned at her sudden distant actions.

She shook her head. "Jus shock.. I thought you was near mih age." She thought he was going to be only one or two years older, Emerald had never dated any further than that.

"I don't even want to lie to you right now, I thought you were at least twenty two." He said as he scratched his head.

Emerald scrunched her face playfully as she shook her head. "Me nuh have wrinkles like you."

"Oh wrinkles, huh?" He questioned playfully as he nudged her shoulder and she fell on her side, making him erupt into laughter.

Emerald got up as she rolled her eyes and pushed him, but he remained still.

"I have tuh go.." She announced and Lance nodded, understanding where she was coming from.

Emerald didn't have to go, she knew Melissa would stall for as long as she needed to. She was just worried about the possibility of that person coming back and seeing her with Lance again. She had no clue who it was but the fact that they'd seen her alerted her and she couldn't stick around anymore. She'd rather be home.
