"I have been with you for three months, and we haven't gone on a date yet," Tina laughed. Newt ducked his head, blushing madly. "Alright, where would you like to go?" Newt asked. Tina shrugged. "Tina, don't go complaining to me about the fact that I have never taken you out on a date, and then leave it up to me where we're going, because I would probably choose wrong," Newt scolded playfully. Tina laughed before kissing him gently. He still tasted of butter beer. She pulled back. "You could never do anything wrong," she said, linking her arm through his. "Walk down the street and pick a random place to eat."

They stood in front of the Kowalski bakery, and Tina rolled her eyes. "I-I'm sorry, we c-can go somewhere else if-" "Newt, it's perfect," Tina interrupted. Newt blushed before walking in with her. Jacob grinned at them as they walked in. "Newt! I haven't seen you since..." Jacob's voice trailed off as he remembered that dark night when Grindewald had Newt. He quickly shrugged off the thought. "Pastries on the house," Jacob said. Newt looked shocked. "No, I couldn't possibly-" "I haven't forgotten those silver eggs, you know," Jacob said with a wink. "Take whatever you'd like." Newt chose a puff pastry with a bit of icing. Tina chose a pastry shaped like a niffler that was filled with jelly. Newt quickly thanked Jacob again before both of them headed out into the slightly chilly air.

"Oh, I meant to tell Jacob something. Could you wait right here for me?" Newt asked. Tina nodded, and Newt rushed off. "Why, hello there doll," a voice behind her said. Tina turned around to see a tall man. Based on the way he dressed, Tina could tell he was extremely wealthy. She saw a wand in his pocket, which confirmed that he was a wizard. But there was something about him that made Tina uncomfortable. "Please don't call me doll," Tina replied in a cold voice. She had always hated that name. "It would be nice to know your name, so that I won't have to call you that," the man said with a wink. Tina turned her back to him. "You can call me Ben," the man said, leaning in closer to Tina. Tina was disgusted. "Do you need something?" she demanded. "I was wondering, are you available this Friday? I wanted to take you out," Ben said, smirking at her. "Not interested," Tina replied, before walking off.

Newt watched her as she walked up to him. "Who was that man?" Newt asked. Not suspicious, just curious. "Newt, if you are trying to make me do my part of the deal with that filthy cockroach, I am happy to say that you have failed," Tina said. She wanted to inhale his scent to calm her down. "Tina he is twice as wealthy and handsome as I am," Newt replied, taking her hand into his own. "First of all, he's not more handsome that you. Second, I really don't care about how wealthy he is. He's a brat and I hate him." Tina's voice was firm. Finally, Newt gave up and leaned in to kiss her. Tina obliged happily. His scent calmed her down, and all thoughts of Ben quickly disappeared. I hope I never see that man again, Tina thought.
