"I sure do miss Frank," Tina said as she and Newt walked by the place where his habitat used to be. "I miss him too. I wonder how he's doing in Arizona," Newt replied. He was checking up on all his creatures, and Tina had agreed to come along to help. "I'm sure he's fine, Newt," Tina said with a soft smile. Newt picked up an occamy, and it instantly wrapped around his hand in a firm hold. "Looks like you are adapting just fine," Newt said to the creature. It gave a rather loud squak, which made Newt chuckle to himself before attempting to put it back in it's nest. It refused, so Newt finally rested it on his shoulder, and it curled up around his neck like a scarf. Pickett chattered angrily. "That doesn't mean I like you any less, Pickett," Newt replied. Pickett pouted before sliding back into his position on Newt's shoulder.
Newt set off to the mooncalves, and Tina watched from afar. The person he was in his case was different than the person he was outside of it. The thought made Tina smile a little. She was pretty sure that without his love for his beasts, she could never love him as much. He would be just like every other man. She shuddered at the thought. "So sorry, are you cold?" Newt asked. "No, I'm fine," Tina replied. But Newt placed his overcoat around her shoulders anyway. Tina didn't hesitate to shrug it on. It was warm and laced with Newt's scent, even if it hung limply on her body. "Reason Number Two; you are a true gentleman," Tina said. Newt blushed and mumbled something that she didn't quite catch. "Sorry, what was that?" she asked. "Oh, um, I was just saying that you don't seem to have that much trouble finding the reasons, which isa bit surprising to me," he said quickly. Tina rolled her eyes. "Newt, I am courting you. I need good reasons to do something like that," she replied. "I was wondering if you could tell me more reasons?" Newt looked at her as if he were expecting a scolding. "One more reason. Reason Number Three; your love for your beasts," Tina hugged him as she said this. Newt gave her a confused look. "Most men try to come off as tough. Not you. You have a soft spot, and I like that," she explained. "I have a feeling I will kiss you every time you tell me a reason," Newt said, laughing softly. Tina instantly pulled him in, allowing Newt's scent to engulf her before pressing her mouth against his.
