Getting to leave the hospital was nothing spectacular. I finally got to change out of the hospital gown and into a pair of skinny jeans with a loose sweater. The nurse tried to take me down to my moms car in a wheelchair, but I refused, walking down the hall with my hips swaying sassily. What? I'm a sassy person. I can't help it.

When I got into the car, Satan's voice repeated in my head, "See you soon, precious." I couldn't help but wonder how soon 'soon' actually was. Maybe soon was sooner than I expected. Perhaps that man I seen yesterday before he disappeared was Satan's son, but if that was the case, why would his father have to find him a date? The mystery man was extremely handsome, so he shouldn't have an issue finding a partner on his own.

I felt a shiver run down my spine as my mom drove down the highway. My (eye color) eyes reflected back at me in the tinted window, as did a set of deep brown eyes. I felt my breath hitch in my throat as I stared at the other set of eyes. My chest burned as the brown irises flashed black.

I heard a deep voice whispering in my ear, "Soon is sooner than you though, little girl." I bit down on my bottom lip and felt cool air being blown into my ear. Satan's son was here, sitting next to me in my moms car, currently invisible to the naked eye.

'I can't believe I actually made a deal with the devil. What have I gotten myself into?'
