Chapter 7

Rinabrine's (Rina's) pov

I sat in my study pretending to be reading a book on elemental sorcerers. I wanted to know more about the ten kinds of sorcerers and sorceress.

' Ex antiquis, et malefici, et decem genera veneficae. Genera sunt elementa et tenebris ad lucem...' I couldn't find the energy to finish reading, and also I couldn't focus. I heard voices in Father's throne room, so I decided to check it out.

I grabbed my gold sword and brushed my wavy blond hair out of my face. I walked out into the dark hallway and used my glowing yellow eyes to help me see. I walked until I reached his door.

"...will escort you to the surface...in five minutes..." I heard footsteps running to the door so I ran to my study and pretended to read my book. Five minutes later I went to the entrance of the castle and hid behind a corner, listening to Father and Uncle talk to my brother and a maid.

"..an amulet. It will allow mobs to as a normal person." WHAT?! He gets to go to the Overworld and practice while I'm stuck down here learning Latin! I silently storm off to my room and lay on my bed. After an hour, I finally figure out a plan. I put on my white sweater and black jeans with my converse. I attach my sword's sheath to a belt and clip it on and I grab my two swords. My gold one and my diamond one with a fire aspect II enchant. I place my gold one on my desk and sheath my diamond one. I walk out of my room and walk towards the entrance where the Overworld portal awaits.

Before I could walk out of the castle, a warm hand stops me. I turn to see Uncle Notch with worried eyes. "Wait. Before you leave, take this." He says in his gentle voice. He gives me an ender pearl necklace and a light pink wristband with a Ghast tear attached. I slip on my wristband as he puts on my necklace. When he does, my hair turns strait with light brown hair that reaches down my back. I also notice that my eyes didn't glow anymore. He gives me a pair of purple glasses. "These will hide your 'abnormal' green eyes. And take this bag, just in case." He gives me a sideswipe bag with food and the book I was reading earlier. "Good luck!" I hug him and say goodbye before I step through the portal.

I open my eyes to see a boy my age staring at me like I appeared out of thin air.

Wait a second.

♥ *Hides behind a chair* PLEASE DONT HURT ME!!!! I PUT A HEART THERE SO CALM DOWN!!! I'M SORRY I HAVEN'T UPDATED IN LIKE...um...give me a minute *gets out a calculator* ok...FIFTEEN DAYS!
