Chapter 15

Herobrine's pov (before he got Sky and Rina)

I walked through the old town. Someone-or something-attacked. And I might make them my allies. I kneel down on the floor to see marks of something and drag marks of a person struggling. I follow it and soon the drag marks slowly transform into steps, so I can only assume the prisoner gave up. The strange marks were still there, and judging by how they look, I figured out they they are moving pretty slow. I follow the tracks for a while until I hear rusting in the bushes. And before I could turn around, something jumped on my back.

"Get off me, peasant!" I scream. The thing gets off me instantly. I turn around to see three kneeling squids with water helmets on. I smile. "Squids, eh? Are you up to no good, again?"

One, which I presume to be the leader of the trio, looks up at me. "T-The King said to attack as many villages and take the survivors hostage. And to capture as many free-goers as possible." He said weakly.

"Stand." The three stood up. "Take me to your King as a visitor, and tell me about what you plan to do with these hostages. And in return, I will reconsider killing you three. Do we have a deal?" The look on their faces was priceless, but they agreed.

They told me their King was planning on turning them into slaves and sending some on missions to lure others into traps. We got to their base and the trio took me to the King, them left without another word.

"King Squid. I would like to offer you a proposition. You help me find my children, and I will give you some slaves to keep."

The King was still surprised to see me. "O-Of course! A-Anything for the powerful Herobrine!" I smiled. 

"Good."

Seto's pov

After I collapse, I had dreams about everything that happened.

My village being burned down.

Being taken hostage by squids.

Being semi-freed, my freedom in exchange for Herobrine's children.

He has them.

I'm free.

I smiled at that thought. I'm free! Once again, I earned my freedom! My happy thoughts were interrupted by a nagging thought. I, for some reason, feel like they were trying to get away from their father. Was my freedom worth the freedom of two others?

Yes.

No.

In my state of unconsciousness, I fought with myself. Thinking of the pros and cons of my situation.

After a LONG fight with myself, I realize there are more cons then pros. I fight my way to consciousness. When I finally wake up, I see everyone with sitting around the room with worried or mad faces. I sit up fast so everyone sees me. Everyone yells my name in happiness. But my only response is this:

"We need to find  Sky and Rina. Now."

A/N I know Seto wasn't in the story when Sky and Rina were taken, but everything will make sense later. *pets your hair* Shh Shh, everything will be alright soon.

And I know I said Quentin would be in this chapter but I HAD THIS IDEA AND I COULDN'T LET MYSELF FORGET IT!!!
