Sequel to Chocolate.
She's a clean slate. Hasn't touched or murmured the word Chocolate in years. She's happy. Until she comes face to face with him, who changed her life forever.
"Miss me, doll?"
"Word of Jerome and Harley's arrest is spreading quick." Jim informed Harvey. "The streets are already quieter,"
"What about McCormick? Did his bus get sent to Blackgate yet?" Harvey asked. Jim frowned nodding. The best officer around was a criminal to Jeromes cult and he was unde their noses all this time.
"Yep, he left about an hour ago,"
"The cops in this place I swear," Harvey shook his head.
"As soon as the doctors reattach Jeromes face, he's off to Arkham with his girlfriend," Harvey said changing the subject.
"You still wish I woulda shot him?" Jim asked him. Harvey said hook his head.
"He'd probably just come beach from the dead again. And I wouldn't want another episode of Harley and her set of lungs," the two men chuckled.
"At least you get to say you punched a mans face off." Harvey said.
Jim wasn't listening to Harvey. He was looking at Lee leaving the GCPD.
"Jim?" Harvey said pulling Jim from his gaze.
"Sorry, what?"
"C'mon, I'll buy you breakfast," Harvey said with a smile, putting an arm around Jim shoulders.
Arkham
"I'm walking the long road....." Harley sang aloud walking down the long hallways of Arkham asylum. She dragged her fingernails along the concrete walls.
"Watching the sky faaaall...." She spun into the arms of her ginger Joker.
"The lace in your dress, tangles my neck..." he sung with her.
"How do I live?" She sang. They giggled walking through the empty halls. They stepped over the dead guards and loonies that didn't run for cover when told too. The smell didn't borher them. They were too blinded by each other's smile to care.
Jerome pulled her into her chest so her back was to him. He put a hand around her waist and held one up in the air with his. Her head tipped back into his chest as they danced down the hallway, a smile tugging at Jeromes lips.
The danced and spun to the end of the hall. Jerome kicked open the door, and walked over more dead bodies as they walked right out of the Asylum.
Before they were Harley Quinn and the Joker, they were Jerome and Harley. Two crazy teenage psychopaths, that were too blinded by each other's smile to see the dark, twisted future ahead of them.
They were the king and Queen of Gotham...and god save anyone who disrespected his queen.
They were ahead of the curve.
They were crazy In love.
They were Jerome Valeska and Harleen Quinzel.
They were The Joker and Harley Quinn.
"Now how bout that killin' spree?"

THATS ALL FOLKS
I really liked this ending, idk about y'all buuuut, I liked the anonymous ending. My evil self not telling y'all how they really got out or how long they were in there, just know they went on to their lives......
I might do another Jerome book where it's an au where he got away with killing Bruce Wayne the first time and the city is in complete darkness. He's the king of Gotham and he catches a street child stealing from him, and this street child is Harley. He imprisons her and falls in love with her, but she's not so willing at first......either way. I'm gonna publish it next week.
It'll be great...I need something to call it tho.
I really hope you guys liked these books because I wrote them for you guys.
If anybody has any requests for a book in the future, hmu...
