Jim Gordon stared at the empty case in front of him, disappointed with himself that he couldn't stop this.  If he had known Jeromes body was at Indian Hill, perhaps he could have done something.  Painted over the case in spray paint was the symbol of Jeromes Cult.  Two eyes with a smile written in haha.

The symbol had been popping up all over Gotham recently, and Jim could feel, something wasn't right about it.  He suspected Harley Quinn at first, but her just getting back to Gotham after 3 years, and no recollection of her past, Jim cancelled her out.  Indeed, she was crazier than Jerome, and just as fearless, but not as clever.  It was Jerome who called the shots most of the time.

"So,"  Harvey said walking over to Jim.

"So?"  Jim asked, turning to face him.

"Seems like they've shut down Indian Hill.  The government just packed everything up," Harvey informed.

"To Wayne enterprises.  The same people who were running and funding it, they just sent it back,". Jim concluded.

 "Yep,"  Harvey agreed.

"Do you know how Jerome ended up in Indian Hill?"  Jim asked.

"No but, it makes sense.  Strange was collecting psychopaths.  Fish, Galavan, Jerome fit the bill,"  Harvey said.

"Dwights going to brink back Jerome," Jim said somberly.

"Oh that's just great!  Just what this city needs!  Jerome Valeska sucking air, with 50 fanatics at his back?  And Harley!  What happens when he finds out about Harley?" Harvey said in a panic. "If she fixed as she says she is, then she will be okay, but not him.  She'll most likely be the first things he's after."  Harvey added.

"If you wanted to bring someone back from one of these, what would be your first step,"  Jim asked the man who was running the warehouse.

"These bodies have been incubated at 2700 degrees below 0.  You would have to heat up the core, before even considering reanimation."  The man replied.  "I worked on the design of these when I was at Wayne,"  he finished.

"Oh good job, thanks for helping the bad guys,"  Harvey said snarkily.

"How long?"  Jim asked.

"3 hours if we're lucky,"  The man said.

There was a shuffling from behind one of the crates.  The three men turned their heads, and began to walk towards it.  Jim lifted the cover if a box and saw a man, dressed in the cults description of clothing, shaking against the wall.

"GCPD, you're under arrest,"  Jim said, pointing a gun at the man.  The man feel limp, blood pouring from his stomach.

"He needs a hospital..." the man said.  Jim shook his head, and went in to retrieve the wounded boy.

When Lee called Harley, it was 12:45am.  She was asked to come in right away because Lee needed help with a case.

Harley got dressed and ran to work, accidentally hitting the glass and shearing the laughing.  The gun shots.  But something extra this time.

"Hey, doll,"

Harley pulled her hands off the glass and the first name that popped into her head was: Jerome Valeska.  That name again.  She looked around for anyone standing nearby to call her doll, but it was the middle of the night, and no one was around.

Harley entered the GCPD, shrugging off the voice and went straight to the labs to see Lee helping a man.

"Who's that,"  Harley asked.  A man, with spray painted red hair and a white t-shirt with blood all over his stomach, sat in one of the tables.
