For the rest of the day, I hung out with Carmen and Andrea. Samantha hung out with Luna. I was really sad that Luna was taking Samantha's side instead of mine. But whenever I tried talking to either of them, they either ignore me or say, "blah blah blah" then walk away. So mature, I know. Note the sarcasm.
When I came home, all I could think about was all these friendship problems, but I decided to take a break from thinking about that so I thought about Isaac.
About our date this weekend which was very exciting. Today, I asked him where we're going, he said he's got it all planned out and that it's a surprise.
But another thing happened today. Involving Maddox. He was apparently in my History class. In History today, we were asked questions about what we learned yesterday, one by one. I, thankfully, was able to answer the question quite well. When it got to Maddox's turn, though, he couldn't answer his question and he got really frustrated and started screaming about how History is bullshit and he nearly strangled the teacher, so obviously he got sent to the principal's office.
I am now absolutely, one hundred percent convinced he has mental health issues. I almost feel sorry for him... except I kinda don't.

FEW DAYS LATER
It's Saturday. The day of mine and Isaac's date. Carmen offered to come over my house and help me get ready, but I told her I'd manage.
Yesterday, I asked Isaac what the dress code was, since he still wouldn't tell me where we're going. Honestly, I hate surprises, but I thought it was sweet of him to already plan everything, so I just went with it.
He, being the mysterious person he is, told me to just wear something comfortable and warm. It wasn't that much help, if you ask me. But I decided to wear a white crop top, with a black tank top underneath, along with white skinny jeans and black Nikes. It was pretty cold outside so I threw on a black cardigan, as well.
I brought a small shoulder bag, consisting of my phone, phone charger, earphones, gum and a bottle of water (I just like staying hydrated, okay? Plus, it'd come in handy when a zombie apocalypse happens and you need water after running for your life).
I walked downstairs and saw my mom watching some show which I'm pretty sure is called Desperate Housewives... I sat down beside her, and she turned to me, smiling. "You look a teeny bit overdressed for spending the night watching TV Shows with your mom, don't you think?"
"Well... that's because I'm going out with someone." I said.
"Who?"
"Um... Isaac."
"That guy who you like but isn't your soul mate?"
"Uh... yeah... I mean, it's okay right?" I suddenly got a bit worried. What if it's not allowed or something?
"To me, it's definitely fine! But for most of the people in Glassgate, maybe not."
"Then what should I do?"
"Go with Isaac because you like him, not that jerk Maddox."
I grinned. "I'm so glad you're my mother."
"Aww... I'm glad I'm your mother too."
