Omniscient's POV

Los sat in the driveway of KD's house, afraid to pull off. He wasn't sure if he would be able to drive and didn't want to take a risk.

He and Kaydence had gotten into if after he'd walked in on him and Dani having a misunderstanding. He told her about what happened with the robbery and she said something out of pocket which resulted in him roughening her up.

Blood was gushing from his numb nose and was causing him to get light headed. He pulled his phone out, trying to dial 911 but becoming unconscious made his vision blurry.

"That nigga think he so fucking tough, think he so street to the point where he put his hands on you Dani. I wouldn't take it back if I had a chance to, he deserved to get his ass knocked out!" Kaydence said, frightening Karcyn who was holding on to Dani's arm tightly.

"Kaydence, you could have killed him! He was wrong but that is my brother!" She shouted back.

"I don't give a fuck!" He walked past her and stormed outside. He saw Los' car still in the driveway and didn't waste any time going to approach him once more.

He opened his car door, his heart dropping when he saw that he was laid back in his seat, blood everywhere with his phone in his lap. He knew he was going down if this nigga was dead.

"Dani! Call the ambulance!" He raced back inside, in panic mode. She began panicking as well, her hands shaking as she dialed 911. She handed Kam to him and hurried outside to see what was going on with her brother, the phone still to her ear.

She talked to the operator as she searched for a pulse and luckily, she found one. "Carlos!"

She kneeled beside him, calling his name and watching as his eyes came open. "Huh?"

"You passed out. Are you okay?" She came closer to him, trying to remain calm while wanting to kill Kaydence all at the same time. Sirens could be heard from miles away and seconds later, they arrived.

Kaydence watched from the window with both of his kids in each of his arms as EMS providers spoke with Los and Dani. He didn't feel bad for doing whatever it was that he did to Carlos regardless of if he told Dani to get him some help or not. How many niggas would let their girl's brother jack up on her like she was some hood hoe? None.

"Nah, my nose started bleeding and then I just passed out. I don't know." Los lied as his blood pressure got taken. "Probably got over heated. That always happens when I'm not hydrated." He lied some more.

"And the bruise on your eye?"

"My head went forward onto the steering wheel, I guess. It wasn't there before but look, I'm good. I feel fine now." As he spoke to them, he could see Kaydence looking out the window and instantly thought of them having a round 2. He didn't want to go out like a sucka and this nigga was lucky that he was lying for him.

After ten more minutes, the EMS providers left and Dani touched Los' hand, "Im sorry for wh-"

"No, I apologize for putting my hands on you. You know I'd never hurt you sis." Los cut her off. "I'm not mad at Kaydence for doing what he did either. He was tryna protect you. . I love you."

A few tears leaked from Daniella's eyes as her little brother pulled her into a hug, blood covering the entire front side of his shirt. "I love you too. I want you to leave and don't fuck with him like that," She pointed towards the house as if it were Kaydence, "He is crazy. . he doesn't even remember what happened." She pulled away and began to cry more.
