[January 4th]

Why didn't you tell me?
Why did you keep it to yourself?
Was it to protect me?
Was it so I won't have a miserable life?

You were wrong all along.

It hurts when you hide things from me,
it hurts even more when you're hurting,
and it's even worse to know that you've been keeping it all to yourself.

I felt hopeless, I felt useless. I didn't see what was going on with you. I should've ask you when I saw changes, but I didn't.

I regret it.

You looked different.
But you were still you.

After three days of rest, you decided to go to the hospital where Yoongi was staying for the past three months. Of course, you weren't going alone. Hoseok and Kira accompanied you.

Yoongi doesn't know that you're going to visit him. If he knew, he would never have let you in.

"Hospital... Sick... he might not make it," Those words kept replaying in your head non-stop, either day or night, you could hear them clearly.

"...Y/N. Y/N! Wake up, we're here."

You wake up, frighten, and see that Hoseok was waking you up from your sleep. You fell asleep in the car. You weren't able to sleep well because of the news.

Each step you took made you nervous and anxious. The more you walk, the more you wanted to go back, but the thought of seeing him made you move forward.

"You can come anytime, it doesn't have to be today. Are you sure you want to do this?" Hoseok asked you with worry.

You slowly nodded your head and he opens the door. This is it. I have to do this or else I'll regret it later. Yoongi, I'm sorry.

"Took you long enough, I was bored," you hear Yoongi say.

"Can't you be nicer? You got ruder," Hoseok said.

He didn't see you yet. Your small height came in handy as you hid behind the couple. You were waiting for the right moment to appear.

"How are you doing?" Kira asked him.

"Good as usual, I can still move," Yoongi answered, waving his arms.

You try to peep in between the spaces and look at him. He was sitting on the hospital bed, but if you look carefully, he was different, physically. You almost dropped your bag and let out a gasp: he got skinnier and he looked really tired, despite the energy he was showing.

It hurt you so much to see him in this state. While you were hating him with all your might, he was here, alone, trying to fight against his illness.

You got startled when you hear him mention your name.

"... How's Y/N? Did you call her? Is she well?" He asked the couple.
