A Second Chance

Chapter 3: Shocking turn of events

The teacher announced the rest of the teams to the class, those included the rest of the rookie nine and other people who are of no importance.

"Alright you may now break for lunch but return in an hour to meet up with your new senseis" Iruka said.

Sakura knew actually where she would go, the same place she went before even if that was where Sasuke broke her heart and has left her the day he left the village.

She sat down on the bench and began to eat her food and just like last time Sasuke walked up to her. Or should she say Naruto did...

"Your forehead is so beautifully big it just make me want to kiss it" 'Sasuke' said to her.

She giggled internally and could not believe that she wanted Sasuke to ever say something so cheesy to her. Talk about a dorky pickup line.

"So Sakura what do you think of Naruto?" 'Sasuke' asked her.

"Well he can be a real dobe at times..." She started and noticed the discouraged and sad look appeared in his unusually onyx eyes.

"But he's kind and loyal to a fault. He's strong, determined and he never gives up. That's something I truly admire about him." She continued.

He seemed to brighten up at her words and couldn't stop herself from smiling on the inside. Because that was how she truly did feel, but she was too stupid when she was younger to realize it. Or admit it to herself.

And it made her all the more happier that he knew what she thought of him, because maybe now. She could have the same relationship she has with Naruto in the future, in the past.

And Naruto himself was ecstatic. He couldn't believe what he was hearing, he never would have thought the girl he's been crushing on would think so highly of him.

"R-Really?" He asked in disbelief.

"Yep" she replied.

"By why are you asking about Naruto? Shouldn't you be asking what I think of you?" She asked faking innocent.

She of course knew that it was Naruto who was just disguised as Sasuke. He told her about two years after Sasuke left the village.

'Why hasn't he run to the bathroom yet?'

"Yeah, what do you think of Sasu- I mean me?" He asked.

She was confused. Naruto should have left by now but it looks like he did but have an upset stomach this time.

"Well I-" She never got to answer her question as the real Sasuke emerged onto the scene.

"Naruto what are you doing?!" He demanded.

Sakura put on a look of confusion as she looked back in forth between the two Sasukes before her. Faking innocent, although she knew was fully aware of the situation taking place.

Naruto was having a mental break down. 

'Goddammit I'm screwed!!What am I gonna do?!?' He thought frantically.

"Uhh Sakura I can explain..." Naruto said.

"Two Sasukes?" The pink haired girl said confused.
