Malice and General Brinks clunked down the hallways not caring who they disturbed. An entire squad of security officers came charging after them. Malice shrugged and threw out her hands.

"How about you let us walk, then no body gets hurt. " Malice cheered. She could feel the insane amount of power rushing to her head. All of the sudden, she felt a throbbing pain in her head. General Brinks came to the from lines and fired back at the officers nearly taking them all out. Malice stood near the back and fought wearily, using her powers to incinerate all that got in her way. She placed her hand to her head to aid her agonizing headache. After everyone was dead, she stumbled out to the ship and fell to the ground.

"Malice! Are you okay?" General Brinks shouted as he turned Malice's body over. She was unconscious. Malice's mind drifted to Grainger. She could see threw his eyes and watched in horror as someone was on fire. She saw Valarina in the background with her black hair and black eyes laughing evilly. Malice watched as Grainger struggeled to put out the flames on the mystery person and another girl helped.

"Sofia?" Malice called the girl. No one answered. It was if Malice was a ghost and her concision had messed with Grainger's allowing her to see what he sees. Am I going crazy?  She wondered. It was all so real yet fake. No one could hear her and apparently she was Grainger.

"Mom! Mom! Help....please." Grainger pleaded as he continued to struggle. That is when Malice realized that person on fire was Sofia. Malice closed her eyes tight and heard General Brinks's voice echoing in the distance. Malice was still laying on the ground with General Brinks but her conscious teleported to Sofia's hospital room. Malice rushed over and quickly froze the flames and with the flames, Sofia.

"Is everyone alright?" Malice shrieked.

"Sofia......" Grainger cried collapsing to the ground. Malice bent down beside her crying son and whispered in his ear, "She is going to be okay. Stay calm or your going to do something you regret." Malice was referring to the fact that his brilliant blue eyes where flickering with shards of dark black and his hair was also turning black. Valarina, still in the air, smirked at the sight of their struggle. Malice turned to Valarina.

"You did this?" she asked.

"Proudly! If no one else had the guts to do it, I guess someone had too." Valarina cheered with a smile. Grainger lifted his head and stared into Valarina's soul. She had gone insane! There was no going back now. Not after doing what she did. There would be no 'sorry'  and no 'I didn't mean to do this'.  It was clearly not an accident. Grainger rose to his feet. Azalea stood back as one of his eyes turned black and the other remained blue. Grainger was becoming unhinged. His hair was entirely black expect for a small strand that remained the light brown.

"Valarina!" he growled lunging at her. Azalea stepped in to hold him back. He tried to use his powers to push her away but she used her powers to push him against the wall.

"Grainger! Control your emotions!" Azalea yelled. Grainger yelped in pain as he looked over to his frozen wife.

".....Sofia...." Grainger reminded himself. He attemped to get to his feet before Malice hit him over the head with book. Grainger's eyes rolled back in his head as he fell to the floor. Malice and Azalea looked at each other and then back to Valarina.

"Valarina, it isn't too late. You can come down and help us or you we will take you to prison." Azalea demanded.

Valarina laughed, "Too late? I have been planing this since the day I met this useless being."

Azalea took one last look at Malice before they both blasted Valarina with ice. Valarina endeavored and struck the ice with fire. Grainger still laid motionless on the ground with Sofia frozen in a block of ice. Malice and Azalea fought back stronger and pushed their powers to the limit. Valarina continued with the fire but the ice slowly began to creep up. Valarina looked at the nearing ice and tried to move out of the way. She was too late. She was frozen in ice like Sofia.
