"You need to file these papers and you're clear." I smiled.

"I am very grateful for your help throughout these years I've been here." Grabbed a pen and started to write down my name. Park Jimin.

Sighed and pushed the papers towards the pretty doc. She smiled.
"I will come to visit you my lovely doctor, with your favorite tea, of course."

"And I will wait." She said and smiled again.
"You.. Promise that you'll wait? Promise?"

Agh.. Even though she's pretty.. She doesn't see me as a normal human being. She looks at me like I'm a mental patient.. Which I guess I am since I'm in here..

She looked at me and didn't say a word.
"Pinky promise that you'll wait." I said as I grabbed her hand searching for her pinky and she pulled away her hands. As expected.

I looked her in the eyes.
"Well then... I guess.. It's alright. Not everyone likes me. I'll still come and visit you." I said sending her that pitiful smile, for once, she smiled back.

I turned around and left her sight.
The guard found the key and unlocked those white rusty gates that constantly reminds you of illness.

Step one, step two, step three. I'm out. I am finally out.
I breathed in the, oh so missed, fresh air. Well then.. Time to find a job!

*--->*

Throughout these years I've always had a nice apartment that my mother arranged.. She believed that one day I will get out of the Center (mental hospital) and that I will need a place to live.

And I'm thankful that I had somewhere to go. Somewhere that I could call home.

Big and nice. My flat that is. Yeah, I could get used to this.. But really I should start writing my CV.

Some bullshit here and there, no mentions of mental illness, craziness or whatever people call it these days.

Next morning

"Okay, I can see where you're coming from.. But.. What about your earlier years?"
"I was studying."
"Oh..and what kind of studies? "
"Languages.. Mostly." I replied with a shy smile.
She, the owner of the cafeteria replied happily
"Well, we're quite short on baristas so I would be happy to see you work here. How about I'll see you tomorrow at 11 am. That's when your work starts"

She announced smiling happily.
"So.. I get the job?" I asked beyond excited.
"Yes, Jimin." She smiled and we shook hands.
