Chapter 8: The Truth

As Serena knew my true identity, I guess there is no point of hiding it anymore.

I removed my disguise immediately, as Ash and his friends were in total shock of my appearance.

"I couldn't believe it was you, Bonnie! I hardly recognize you with your disguise on, and pretending to be a boy instead of a girl was very convincing." Ash grinned at me.

I laughed, "Well, I had to admit, it was fun, traveling through different Regions besides home."

Serena asks, "Does Clement know you're here in Hoenn?"

I shook my head, "No. Actually Professor Sycamore asked me to become a Trainer right away to do some more research-"

"About Mega-Evolution, right? But what about the red vines back at Kalos? Isn't Z2 and Squishy were finding them with Greninja?" Ash asks curiously.

Squishy replied for me, "Greninja is fine, Ash. He is doing great finding those Red Vines that Team Flare's invention left of. I assure you that its doing everything in its power to stop it."

Ash sighed in relief, "Well, that's quite a relief."

The boy in the glasses asks, "Ash, what you talking about?"

I turned to Ash, Tireno, and Serena with a shock expression.

"You haven't told them about the crisis of Kalos?" I asked.

Serena said, "We didn't just yet."

The boy's sister grabbed out her Pokedex and pointed to Squishy which said, "No data."

"No data?!?" She asks in shock, looking at Squishy.

Ash laughs, "I got it." He grabbed out his Pokegear and points directly at Squishy.

"Zygarde. The Snake-like Legendary Pokémon. Also known as the Order Pokémon. Its ability "Aura Break" counters the effects of the abilities of the Legendry Xerneas and Yveltal. "

"Whoa. You caught an Legendary Pokémon! That's amazing!" The Boy said.

"Squishy is indeed powerful." Ash points out, "You wouldn't believe how we reacted when we found out Squishy was Zygarde."

"I'm Max, and this is my sister, May." Max introduces himself to me.

"I'm Brock, I'm a Pokémon Doctor." Brock explains.

"I'm Gary Oak. Pleasure to meet you, Bonnie." Gary greets me.

"The pleasure is all mine. So, you guys are friends of Ash's?"

"We used to travel with Ash." Max explains.

I noticed that Ash wanted to talk to Serena alone.

"Let's get these two some privacy." I said, pushing the group away.

"Carry on, you two." I winked at the couple.

Oh, thank you, Bonnie! At least I can talk to Serena myself.

I see the Pokémon she was holding in her arms.

"Is that a Skitty?" I asked the Coordinator with a surprised tone.

She pushes her short hair back, "Uh, yeah. She is quite a fighter. She battled Braxien and she didn't want to give up the battle. She.. reminded me of you."
