Deal with the Devil

The Brothers...

   Continuing...

   Jesse smiled. "It's okay Rose. I got them to postpone for later." He frowned. "But we go to them tomorrow," he added.

   The way he acted had me worried. "They don't like me," I guessed.

  He took me back into the room. "Not exactly. They don't know what to think, is more like it. Well, except for my two brothers. They think a lot of things... that I hope doesn't happen." He muttered the last part.

   "So secretive," I muttered about him. "Now come on. Race you to the kitchen?" I didn't wait for an answer and took off. When I got there, he was no where in sight, so I grabbed the ice cream from the freezer, grabbed a spoon and sat at the table.

   As soon as I did, he came in and sat across from me. "Roza, I didn't know you were that fast."

   "And I didn't know you could read minds. Could I?" I asked

   He smirked. "Yep, but I'm not gonna tell you how to."

   I studied him before smirking. I closed my eyes and pictured myself going through a portal and into his mind. That's how I started reading his thoughts... mostly right now though, all I could see was an image of me.

   "How touching for you to always think about me." I said with a grin and opened my eyes.

   He stared opened mouthed at me. He raced over to me and was about to kiss me, but his eyes widened and he pulled back, muttering curse words.

   "What is it? I asked.

   He frowned. "My brothers. Go get dressed, and hurry back, they're coming up the drive way."

   My eyes widened. And I zoomed up the stairs, Jesse behind me. I grabbed some high-waisted jean shorts and a red halter top with a rose in diamonds on the front. The back of it was nothing but lace. I rushed into the bathroom, locking door behind me in case the guys came in the middle of my changing.

   And I was right. As I pulled on my shorts and took off my gown, new voices spoke from within my bedroom.

   "So, where is the lovely Rose?" one asked.

    "Yeah, Jesse," the other one added. "We were going to wait until tomorrow, but after seeing her this morning... Well, we just couldn't wait any longer."

    While Jesse held them there, I finished dressing. Luckily, I had pulled off a pair of beige, strappy foot pumps in the bathroom. I put them on and quickly painted my toenails red. In less than a minute, they were dry. I put on mascara and pink lipstick. Then, I pulled my hair out of its ponytail and let the curls flow down my back. Looking in the mirror, I smiled. My eyes were hazel. A glowing hazel.

   Sighing, I went over to the door and paused, listening for the guys.

   "Well, you mind if we join you?" one asked.

   Then, I decided to join the guys. "You  know what," I said opening the door. "I think it'd be a pleasure to have you along." I closed the door behind me and joined Jesse's side. Fortunately, I sounded like I had no problem when really, I was a little wary of the idea of traveling with these guys.

   I smiled. "So where do you guys want to go first? Paris or Greece?" I averted my gaze to Jesse's face when I saw how hard the the other two were gazing over my body. I cocked my head a little to see what he was thinking.

   Rose, he thought, Make sure you stay with me at all times. They'll get you alone as soon as they can.

   I gave a faint nod and returned my attention to the two brothers. "So, are you gonna tell me your names or what?" I asked.
