Chapter 20

Melissa's POV

All the packs was coming together to take down the rogues, we was sending two different teams out to the two area that we knew of. Along with the warriors three of the alphas would go with each group, as for the rest who will be left here we be getting the safe house ready.

We knew that the hunters, vampires and rogues was working together, we just had to find they hide out. Even though their was all after myself, I wasn't the least bit scared of what's to come my way. Over the last few days I have been learning how to protect myself, I had found out I could put a shield around myself.

The only reason I found out was because I was training with Harry, we was both fighting in wolf form when Harry tried to tackle me, I was getting ready to jump out the way, when I felt a white orb around my body. At first I didn't no what it was but as Harry tired to jump at me, the shield sent him flying into a near by tree. To say I was shocked would be an understatement, I knew I was powerful but I didn't know how much.

My mother always told me that when I become a young lady, that I would start to get my powers one at a time. I just didn't think there would become so strong, specially in so little time. My mother also told me by the time I was 19, that I would know all my powers and have full control of them. Apart from one that I would only gain in the next life, just like she herself would have gained when she passed.

Harry as spoke with the elders who know more about the moon goddess and her daughter, after all this is over they will be teaching me how to use my powers for good. As of right now all I could is learn what my powers are and use them in the war.

"Hey Mel, the alpha as everyone ready to go" Paul says as he enters Harry's office.

"The alphas know the plan"  I couldn't help, I knew what most alphas was like, some would go against the plan just to make sure they pack is safe, yet we was all in this together as one big pack.

"Yes, they know to stick with it"

"Do they understand what happens if they don't"

"Yes, Harry made sure of that"

Everyone knew I could take down the alphas if I wanted to, yet that was something I didn't want to do. I was the moon goddesses daughter, I wasn't meant to kill, I was meant to protect and bring peace upon our kind.

With that been said I walk out the office and outside to where the warriors and alpha stand around, I could see many of them holding weapons, others in wolf form ready to take down all that are in the locations. Harry and the alphas all standing with with each of they packs, all waiting for the big speech to be giving.

"Alphas, warriors today we will take down two locations, we will fight our way to victory. We will bring down all those who mean us harm, all those who want to bring down the moon goddess daughter, along the way we many loss one of our own but let us prey to the moon goddess that we all come home safe to our loved one. Alphas are you all with me"  I watch them all go down on one knee and put their hands over their hearts before bowing they heads, this was the sign to say they was with me all the way and would do all that it takes to keep me safe.

"Warriors are you all with me" their all copy their alphas and show their respect toward myself. The alphas had told their packs about me after I showed my true self to them, my own pack couldn't believe it as they had grown up with myself.

"Rise my people, we sure all set out" we split into the 2 groups and all make our way to our locations. Group one was going to Harry's old territory, where as group two was going to Connors old territory.

I myself was going with group two to Connors old territory, I knew both lands at the back of my hand,so I knew where to look. I was just hoping we didn't run into any vampires, as I couldn't stand dealing with them. I hated the blood sucker, I have only had to deal with one and let me tell you the blood sucker thought he was clever.

As we make our way through the forest in wolf form, it took over two hours to get to the old territory, I could smell the scent of the rogues, as well as the vampires. I shift back changing into some clothes, I walk towards the edge of the tree lines, the alphas following in my foot steps.

I could see at least ten guards who locked to be hunters, good thing I wear my own hunting gear.

"Alpha Timmy, you and three of your men take them down along with alpha Ryan and three of his men" I say through the link I created between all the alphas.

As for myself I took five of my top warriors towards the back, lucky for us there wasn't anyone near the back. As we continue I could hear all our warriors fighting round front, this give me a chance to sneak into the old run down pack house.

I was just about to round the corner near the stairs when I was pulled back and thrown into the wall, I felt my head hit the wall and I put my hand on my head I looked at my fingers seeing blood. When I looked up to see who had thrown me into the wall, I was lost for words, standing in front of me was no other than Luke knights, aka Connors twin brother.
