Asad pov
Finally one week is last for the day i was waiting for birthday of my Angel i have decided every single thing but here i am nervous again just like high school girl "get a grip Asad Sultan"i scold my self and complete my work in office because i want look at every single decoration my self i want to make this birthday of her the special after all it's my wife 20th birthday i hope everything go just like i am thinking.
I complete my work and leave for home to meet my girls,as soon i reached i don't need to ring bell because guards always open the gate when i reach yes guards after Zainab was shot and came back the guards are there since then because my detective found out that it was one of the rival companies who do this so now safety first and i want my girls to be safe.
I make my way inside and as usual sound of Mia walker coming and Zainab yelling for Mia to eat something Allah knows how this much energy of my little monkey came from i stand in kitchen door frame and Zainab was doing some work i clear my throat so she can see me as she see me her eyes light up and see give me my favorite smile. "Assalam o Alikum Asad"she said and came towards me and hug me, her hugs are my favorite but this is not the one i break the hug and look at her face she looks so weak and pale i put my hand on her cheek she closes her eyes "Zainab are you okay?"i asked she opened her eyes and smile at me "yes Asad i am fine just feeling dizzy and nausea"she said i shake my head "Angel let's go to doctor"i said and take her hand in mine "no Asad i am fine it just bad stomach or something"she said and go to Mia.
Zainab Pov
I am throwing up from morning after Asad left for i hope he don't figure out what is happening i want to tell him by myself but at correct time and nervous too how he will react he will be happy or not.
