It had been four months since Jennifer Shepard's death and Gibbs' life had turned into a downward spiral. He knew that back in 1999 when she left she would come back but now she was gone, forever, or so he thought!
( Gibbs POV )
It was around 2200 hours and I was in my basement sanding my new boat: The Jen. This was THE boat. The only one I would keep, the only one I will remember, the only one that I will miss. That's when I thought about her again; her wavy red hair, pale complexion and emerald green eyes that told a million stories. She was my true love, she was my love at first sight, the love of my life. My heart is broken she was gone before I could tell her I still love her. I do love her, I always have and always will. Now and forever. Jen is a fighter, strong and stubborn, she wouldn't let the four dick heads kill her. She's still out there. I hope.
I was soon snapped out of my thoughts when I heard my front door slam closed.
