It's still raining but we are still here on the road. Damon never ask me again, he just focused his eyes in front. I look at the side of the road and heaved a sigh. Small tears come from my eyes but I easily wipe them. Damn it! The rain covered most of the road that I can't see the trees. Kahit ang panahon ay nakikisama sa nararamdaman ko.

"What will you do to those people you trusted but they just broke it?" I said out of nowhere.

He taps the steering wheel. "Hmm, that's a bit difficult question. Well if they had a valid reason as to why they did it maybe I can understand but if it's not then I will hate them or maybe.. kill them" he paused and look at me for a while before he answer the last part.

Hate them? Hate is an understatement to express how I feel right now. Maybe I could kill them? "Not all what you hear and see are true". I unconsciously close my palm and hit the front desk of the car.

"Damn it! It hurts!" Damon easily pulled the car behind and hold my hand. He examines it.

"Hey? What happened? Are you okay?" He said sincerely. His head ceased and look at me directly. "Stop it already. You're just hurting yourself. Okay?"

I just nod and remove my hand from his grip. He sigh and maneuvered the car again. We drove silently. I think I should ask what happened to me and what's so special in me that even Pierre's father wants me to die. And what is the relationship of my mother to him? How did he know that I was Dian's daughter? My mom never introduced me to anyone except when I was five years old, my 5th birthday party to be exact, then how the hell did he know me?

I back to my senses when someone pokes me. I look at him and his pious face welcomed me. "Don't think too much. Now let's get out so you can rest" he stroked my head like I'm some kind of puppy.

I just rolled my eyes and got out of the car. I went straight ahead not minding his calls. I need an answer. And I need it right now. I walk directly towards the house and stomp ahead of the office of Mr. Torrecili. I knock three times. I don't know if he's already here but I need to talk to him. I knock again when I heard him say 'come in'. I slam the door open and there I saw him seated on his mini sofa with tobacco in his mouth.

He removed the cigar and shake the ashes to the ashtray. "You learn how to knock"

"Tell me the truth. What happened to me? How did my mom discover the Philosophers stone? Where's my father? How are you related to my mom? And.. and.. How did Pierre's father know about me? Do you know that my father was in the lair of a traitor's house?! And you don't have any plans on rescuing him?! How about others? Like Damon, Helen, and Daichi how did they get their powers? Is it the philosophers stone also? Tell me the truth! I'm so confused and tired of thinking who Am I going to believe! Damn it!" naging mabilis ang paghinga ko dahil sa sunod-sunod kong tanong sa kanya. Hindi ko namalayang tumulo na pala ang luha ko habang nakamasid lang ito ng seryoso. Shit! Pinunasan ko ang mga mata ko at tumingin sa kanya ng seryoso.

"Please. I need an answer! I'm not a toy here!" Napaluhod ako habang patuloy sa pagbuhos ang mga luha ko. It just damn hurts.

Tumikhim muna ito at tumayo at pumunta sa harap ng bintana. Binuksan niya ang siwang nito at humithit ng tabako saka bumuga ng usok dito. Malayo ang tingin nito at nag umpisa itong magsalaysay.

Researchers all over the world are gathered at a convention in Arab to talk about the latest invention in Alchemy and medicine. The different organizations were present and famous scientists and alchemists were also there. One of those scientists and alchemists is Dian Faris, a twenty-two years old young lady, the youngest scientist in their batch. She is a princess and both of her parents were the king and queen of Arab, they're also the ones responsible for the convention. The main goal of the convention is to help Dian to accomplish the most sought-after study in the world of science and humanity.
