Spooders!

J: log number 8, (Sigh) The whole climb has gone to shit, it seems like this place is a lot more complicated than we thought, there are giant spiders Alan is missing and Margret is still paralyzed, luckily she is slowly showing signs of returning to flood help but with her leg injured I'm not sure what we are going to, we are still going to try the faster route over the summit.... what am I going to do? I never should have brought Corina. Now Alan is missing and the fucking mountain is active and we have giant goddam spiders!
C: Jarod?
J: oh um end log. Hey Corina how is Margret?
C: she can finally talk but she can still barely move the wounds on her leg are healing but slowly.
J: Good, look i think we need to start climbing even if Margret is still hurt if we don't i think we might get attacked again or worse.
C: Are you sure, how are we even going to take her if she can barely move?
J: Me an Gustave will carry her on our backs and climb like that until we reach the summit, then it should be pretty easy getting down from the other side.
C: what about Alan?
J: he should be okay... If we see him on the way or any sign ill go find him alone I didn't need you endangered anymore.
C: Fine but you know I can hold my own even if it is a giant spider.
G: HEY! SOMETHINGS SOMETHING HAPPENING! HURRY!
Both Corina and Jarod ran as fast as they could to the next door tent and went in to find Margaret retching and puking out a black substance as she heaved and tired to puke quick to move Jarod instantly put her on her side and hung her head over the make shift gurney as she puked another round of black goo out of her stomach.
G: what the hell is happening? I thought you said you had gotten the poison!
J: i thought we did but it looks like it might do more than just paralyze you, or she could be having an allergic reaction i just don't know. Grab some clean water and hook her up to An I.V bag we need to keep her hydrated.
G: okay okay, she's only going to get worse and we don't know if or when on of those bloody things are going to attack so what are we going to do?
J: We have to climb. We take turns carrying her as we climb ill go first because I have my strength hat on hand and ill be faster, we need to get going now so grab everything we need and meet at the cliff face in 5.
All ran around quickly as they packed up the tents and got the gear ready. Gustavo prepared Margret for the climb as he secured her to the gurney and wrapped her in blankets to keep her warm and comfy they all arrived at the cliff face with all they could Jarod with extra since Alan's gear was still needed.
J: Okay Gustave take lead and make sure you do good anchors, Corina you go middle and stay close to Gustave, I'll take the end and if I fall or something goes wrong you guys steady me out.
G: Okay lets go, make sure you don't hurt her.
J: I won't, star climbing and make sure its a good line.
In near silence the team began to ascend the cliff face going higher and higher at a medium pace Gustave sweating heavily taking care to make sure that each anchor the did was able to handle the weight of all 3 of them if it came to it. After about 3 hours Jarod finally showed signs of beeping tired and a small out cropping was only about 20 feet above. Gustave hurried to it as he looked was about 5 feet below when they heard it. It was a rumble distance at first but soon louder than a semi truck. A storm had blown their way it was heading straight for the mountain and with it winds, rains and lightning. All of them quickly climbed to the out cropping as the storm neared Gustave called to the others as he had found a cave all them ran in quick as the storm hit winds so strong they could take a full grown man down and the rain heavy as it comes. All three crouched in the cave as darkness grew Gustave went through his bag as he found a Lantern and lit it revealing the surroundings to them.
They all let out a small gasp as huge metal bunker was revealed. All looked at each other in curiosity Jarod was quick as he went to the giant door it was rusted and damaged but sill intact he had to use all of his strength to open it as he did air started flowing out it was stale but had a constant breeze.
G: what the hell is this? Why is it all the way up here? Who would have built this?
J: I don't know but by the looks of it its secure and has another entrance if we are getting this Much of a breeze.
C: it could be anything it looks way old for all we know it could just be waiting to cave in.
J: your right but it could also have medical supplies, we need to see if there is anything that can help Margret.
G: fine but if we see anything any sign of trouble we come straight back.
J: Fine give me a light and I'll lead Gustave stay here for now and watch the entrance make sure we don't get any company, also take care of Margret.
G: what happens if a spider shows up?
J: Run in with Margret and shut the door behind you it looks strong enough for them not to get in.
G: fine, good luck and if your not back in 30 I'm closing it.
J: fine. Let's go.
Corina and Jarod both enter the bunker as they shone their flashlight looking over the seemingly abandoned compound they walked further and further into the compound until they reached a giant room they walked in and was surprised to see that some buttons were glowing with power. Surprised they looked at the consoles and found the wires leading away to another room. They found a giant console glowing with power having many buttons and labels all in German. Jarod pulled out a small book of translations he looked and read them east, tower, main he smiled as he pressed the button suddenly the light stared flickering and then final were on they could hear machinery powering on he smiled at Corina as they nodded and headed back to the entrance. They arrived to Gustave slamming the door with Margret at his side before they could ask what was going on the door got slammed repeatedly as a loud screech sounded as the bashing on the door got louder but just as soon as it started it was gone.
G: I FUKCIN HATE THIS MOUNTAIN! GODDAM GIANT SPIDERS!
J: wha-...... You okay?
G: I'm fine just uhhh lets just get some rest.
J: well it looks like there are some barracks so I'm guessing this used to be some kind of hidden research tower.
G: How did you get the power on this place must be at least 10 years old. I mean look it like a solid inch of dust.
J: I don't know how either, but the power room is just down that way, it was all written in German.
G: Oh no don't tell me this is a old Nazi lab. You know what I don't even care right now I'm just going to find the barracks and go to bed if something bad happens you'll know why we're I am night.

Yeah nazi lab, totally didn't see that coming, any way you know the drill see you next time ect.
