I walked him to the door. He held my hand as we walked, swinging it back and forth. I unlocked the door and opened it. He stepped out and turned to face me. Their was a brief silence where we just gazed into each other's eyes, smiling. "I had a great time with you today." I broke the silence.

He smiled at me, pushing a hair behind my ear. "I did too." He wrapped his arms around me in a warm hug and I reciprocated. As we pulled away, we still gazed into each other's eyes. We back in for a sweet and tender kiss that didn't last too long. "I wish I could stay longer."

"Me too." We finally pulled away and prepared to say goodbye.

"I'll call you, later." He informed me.

"Promise?"

"Of course, baby boy," He kissed me on the cheek and smiled again. "I'll message you as soon as I get home. We should do this again sometime."

"I'd like that," He waved at me and I waved back as he began to walk away. I watched him as he walked away, smiling widely.

"Aww," I heard a familiar voice. I turned my neck and saw Mitch leaning against a wall. "Y'all are so cute." He stood upright and headed back in to the dorm.

"How long were you standing there?"

"Long enough to notice how adorable you both are," He went into his room and started playing music faintly from his speaker. "You know, you guys should make your relationship official. You'd be a cute couple."

"I'll think about it." I lied. I was ready but I wasn't sure if I was actually ready. Ever since we started our relationship, everything felt like it clicked. Like it was meant to be. But I wasn't sure if he felt the same way. "I need to get ready for my lecture."

"Oh, that reminds me," He came out of his. "Someone told me to tell you that your professor is off all week."

"Yes!" I exclaimed. I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket. I pulled it out and read the message from Scott.

Scott: I'm home!

I ran back to my room and put on my shoes on. "Where are you going?" Mitch questioned.

"To his house." I picked up my phone and wallet.

"Woah, you're so attached," He laughed. "Go get him, lover boy."

"Don't wait up." I picked up my keys and bolted out the door to get to his house.
