DEFECTIVE
A person with biologically and legally perfect parents, but is unlucky enough to be born with congenital diseases or disorders of any kind.
Their inborn ailments are deemed to be hindrances in becoming perfect. So at a very young age, these people are forcibly relocated to the NURSERY, one of the five cities inside the Paragon, to fix their broken parts with advanced cybernetic enhancements.
But that isn't enough. They still have to attain the title legally. They have to live inside the Nursery to increase their society's utitlity score overtime. Learn, live, and work until such time, they will be perfect again.
