The next day I was dressed and ready to go by 8:30 am. Way before Katherine was awake. I stayed in my room till 9:30 and when she came to get me she was surprised that I was already up and ready to go. I followed her to the kitchen where she made me a bowl of cereal. While I was eating, she suddenly said,
"Hurry up sweetie, we're going to be late."
I finished my cereal and jumped in the car. The car ride was about fifteen minutes from home. When we got there I looked out the car window and I was in awe. The shop windows were full of white, baby blue, and light yellow dresses. It was amazing. We made it barely just in time for our appointment.
Once Katherine helped me out of the car and we checked in with the front desk, we got shown to her dressing room. Since I was so little she told me to sit on the couch and wait for her. I must have sat on the couch for hours, because I waited and waited. When she finally came out of the dressing room, she had on this long flowy white dress that sparkled in the lights.
"Wow" I said.
"I know, now I just need a veil."
"Okay I'll go get one" I said.
I walked over to where the veils were, and I saw the perfect one just out of reach. Luckily there was a nice lady that helped me grab it from where it was sitting. I picked it up and ran back to her.
"Perfect thank you."
After she bought the dress it was near the end of the day. The lady at the front desk, had packed up the dress so that we could store it safely at Katherine's apartment so that dad would not see it.
"Thank you for taking me dress shopping with you today. I had fun." I said.
"I did to. Now time for a nap while I make dinner. It's been a long day."
When we got home I climbed into bed. I ended up sleeping through dinner and didn't wake up till morning.

I know this is short I'm sorry! But I was in a rush. I wrote this at 3 in the morning before I got up to go to school.
